While checking out with a clerk at the register, I heard a voice from behind me say, "Sir, I'd be happy to help you load your toilets. Well, though it was just someone being funny with the words load and toilets, "BUTT" it was one of the Bolingbrook Home Depot store folks, sincerely, asking if he could help me. What a nice guy that Hector was to help me put the "plumbing fixtures" in my vehicle. Thanks again Hector ! Now, these toilets are both installed and getting good use, In fact, they are nicknamed, Hector # 1 and Hector # 2.

I bought five appliances, including installation and haul away. I implored them to do this delivery in the morning and the salesperson indicated that request three different locations on my order. Then the evening before the delivery date I get a taped message that the delivery is scheduled between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. (Note that it is currently 4:16pm on the delivery date and I still haven't heard from the delivery guys.) For that many appliances to have to be installed that late in the day is completely unacceptable, particularly when I strongly requested a morning time and also had the delivery scheduled two weeks in advance. Any goodwill that was established in the store was completely destroyed by this huge inconvenience and ignoring of my request.

Been going to this Home Depot a little over a year now and everyone is very helpful. We are always greeted and asked if we need assistance. It is very refreshing to know that you can get the help you need right away without having to look everywhere for someone to help.

staff will give advice but cashiers are rude and if you need any assistance getting product to your vehicle then forget it. front line manager also is very poor quality and attitude not professional - use this store for basic low cost goods but never big items

Our local Home Depot is great for plants, gardening supplies, cleaning products, light fixtures, and for the sudden home repair. Through many years we have purchased appliances, and a couple doors, and replaced our Central Air through Home Depot. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Store was clean. There were many available associates to help assist customer inquiries. The check-out was fast and friendly.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store. Bolingbrook has a great selection of products and VERY helpful, friendly associates. Definitely a good place to shop.

It was a great experience this time. John R assisted us when he seen that we were confused. He came up to us and asked if he could help us and we did not have to chase a sales rep down. It was amazing how much John R knew. It was AWESOME !!! Then Betty the cashier was so courteous and had a smile throughout the entire check out process. It was awesome. I usually shopped at Menards in the past because a friend of mine worked there. But - Menards employees never treated us as well as the Home Depot employees did. It was AWESOME !!! One thing - Menards does have better prices than Home Depot. Maybe something to think about !!!

I was asking about a product while picking up another, and an associate ran to get it for me before I could even finish up picking up my order! I didn't have to look for it at all! Talk about saving me time AND going beyond just referring me to the aisle/section it was found in. Excellent service!!!!!

Bob L. in lumber went out of his way to provide assistance on a new tool and even looked it up on-line from the manufacturer to verify it's use.

Freddy really helped me out today with a small gardening project. He saw the products I had in my cart, offered a better solution that saved me some money and allowed me to buy some other stuff. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Meghan Zirzow, Kitchen & bath Design Consultant, was outstanding from start to finish. We had just finished renovating our family room. But, held off on putting cabinets back in because the contractor was recommending extremely high end cabinet/shelving custom build-ins that would have been too much money for the use the cabinets receive in a family room rather than a kitchen. Meghan listened to what we were wanting to do. When we walked in the Bolingbrook store, it was more out of curiosity than a serious interest in the cabinet and shelving products the store carries. By the time Meghan showed us the available options, as well as provide us with a design and pricing using those options, we became very serious about buying. Meghan made it easy! I will contact Meghan again when we're ready to renovate our kitchen in six months.

Very satisfied with all the help I got from all the customer service reps, especially Maura who was great at helping me locate products and offer advice and suggestions for my bathroom remodeling project. In most stores, when I ask for the location of products, most agents will direct me towards the aisle and that's it (which is okay in most cases) but I really appreciated how Maura stayed with me and made sure I got everything I needed, from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Every time I shop at this location I find everything I need with ease and the employees are very knowledgeable. I like the man who handles the paint section-he is really smart when it comes to any issue regarding a painting project from paint selection to rollers, tarps, whatever. He also gives an honest opinion about items that I have read about--he doesn't push unnecessary items--he tells me when something is good or not which is really appreciated when I am not super familiar with the project. I always feel good about my purchase after speaking with him. I know that I haven't been coerced, but educated. The man who helped us with lightbulbs was also really knowledgeable about everything from type, size, style, etc. Very impressed!

As soon I enter the store, Home Depot associate greeted me at the entrance and answer my questions and pointed me into right direction. Upon reaching my Isle another associate was available to answer all of my questions regarding the products I needed, associate also provided me an excellent knowledge on an electrical items and process how its get done. Thank you all!

The gentleman in the paint department was very helpful, fast, and efficient!! It made my shopping experience a pleasant one!!
