I worked with Paint Department and the Flooring Department during my visit. Both were extremly helpful! Although the product I was looking for wasn't available the associates showed me similiar options and gave me some very useful tips for my upcoming project. Thank you.

I love the fact that they have women working there and they are just as knowledgeable about the product and usually more personable to deal with. Terry was so helpful today and helped me find everything in flooring while we were having a wonderful conversation about dogs. I have a rescue and was looking for another box of flooring to finish my latest project. She knew right were it was and helped me find everything else I needed to finish my job. Also Rosyln in customer service was so sweet and checked me out while I was waiting for the manager Steve, to tell him what great people he has working for him.

I've personally had successes shopping here and looking for ideas and input. All associates seem to care and know how to help or get the help needed.

Thank you Freddy, Bill, and Jon for the help in selecting my storage units, checking out, and loading. Your attention to the details was appreciated.

My company loves this store. Associates are so friendly and we know everyone in the store by first name. My salesman, Rick Kerpan knows my business and products as much as I do. We are even contacted when something we use for our business goes on sale, to save us money. I love my Bolingbrook store #1939. We only visit Lowes and Menards, when Home Depot does not carry what we need. Our company is a dedicated Home Depot customer!

I shop at this Home Depot about 2 times a month, sometimes more. Always find the store clean, and the store associates very helpful and friendly, and very, very rarely am I not able to find what I need. My wife and I bought a new Washer a few months ago, and it was great that we were able to use our Home Depot credit card, and get 12 months same as cash. Such a great deal in this slow economy.

I was looking for chemical cleaning gloves. Asked an associate they directed me to an isle. no glove to be found. I skipped the gloves.

Just a WONDERFUL well stocked store . When I am in the area this is the store that I use . They seem to always have the things that I need and want .

Associates in the Appliance Department provided excellent product knowledge and service. Pricing for installation of 4 new Samsung Kitchen Suite was very competitive and their installation pricing could not be beat. We arrange for the delivery on the exact date we wanted. Cathy and Ralph proveded the best service during our visits.

The store was clean, aisles spacious, and product was well displayed. Garden associate was readily available to answer my questions plus provided suggestions to help in my purchasing decision. The cashier at the self checkout line was proactive in assisting me scan heavy items. The personal attention left a wonderful impression.
