I marked on the survey that I would not recommend this store to other people. The store is fine, it is just that I live in Glasgow (36 miles away) and we do not have a Home Depot.

Service in the Appliance Department was excellent. The associate was friendly and helpful and took the time to show refrigerators needed for my specifications, and answer questions. Mr. Williams went above and beyond what was expected for this purchase. The appliance department was neat and orderly, with many refrigerator types to look at on the floor.

The store was very clean and organized. Both Jim and John in the appliance department were super helpful!

Stock of items in inventory mostly complete. I didn't have to wait at all. Highly recommended.

It doesn't matter when I go to Home Depot, the service is always outstanding and the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've been to several Home Depot's in the past and Bowling Green definitely has my hearts `go to` if I ever need anything. I am currently remodeling my house (or at least trying to) and if it wasn't for some of the employees advise I don't think things would have turned out as great as they did. Thank-you to everyone!

I live 50 miles from the B.G. store. I was so impressed by my first visit that I will save my "need list" for when I am in town for doctor visits and other reasons. This is a very friendly and helpful store!

When you go to this store... ask for the sales associate Dennis. He is the best ever. He helped us to look around the store by sitting with us at a computer (I am 9 months pregnant) and getting us squared away with what we wanted before getting up and walking around. If the items we wanted were NOT in the store... He helped us to buy them online to make sure we left the store with everything we needed. Who could ask for more! OH yeah, he printed the items we wanted off so that we would have all the information about it in case we needed help in the future. And did I mention that he walked us around the store so that we had to do the least amount of walking needed???? Yeah, I would say that I am happy with customer service.

My husband and I bought appliances this weekend during the Red, White and Blue sale. A huge thanks to Jim in the appliances area for answering all of our questions and even walking us to the checkout to be sure our savings rang up correctly. And another huge thanks to Lois our cashier for making everything go smoothly! We'll definitely be back to shop at Home Depot!

We had three associates help us one told us where to find what we were looking for because we were not sure where it would be located he was very friendly. Another associate approached on the aisle and asked if we were finding everything okay. we proceeded to the garden center and selected our items from there the cashier was very nice and the other associate working in the garden center was a lady and she to was very nice. We purchased a large amount of pea gravel and asked if some one could load it for us and the cashier called for assistance there had been a young man on the aisle with a power jack a few minutes before and when I went to show the lady which gravel we wanted he and another young lady were on the aisle the with the jack. Well they apparently leave and the cashier calls again for assistance because he and the other associate are not licensed to drive the fork lift and they tell him no one was available until 8 Pm I heard this and the young man replied back something I am not sure what he said but he hung up the phone and told the lady they were going to try to get a gentle man I do not recall his name it was about 20 minutes before we got some one to load it and he just started throwing the bags into the back of the truck Imy husband started helping and counting the bags because we did not want the bags busted.

Excellent service and knowledge then any other store, great choices good location, but the store is not as large as their other stores so there are less choices and that makes me sad because shopping at Home Depot is always a better choice.

We like shopping at The Home Depot because the staff is knowledgeable and friendly every time we shop there. Usually we know what we're looking for and where to find it, but if we have a question, the staff members are always more than helpful.

Great shopping experience..bought the Cub Cadet mower and the mulcher for it. It would be great if they had free delivery and a Military discount but the quality of the sales persons and the quality of the merchandise still makes it a to go store for many items.

The Bowling Green Home Depot is always clean and well organized. I am always able to find a sales associate, if I am looking for something. The parking lot is clean and convenient. Overall, I think this Home Depot does a great job.

Bowling Green Store #2318 has always been my first choice, Friendly and Clean environment. You hardly have the need to ask for help, I have always been asked if I needed help.

I do recommend this store usually just wish everyone had all of their information correct when they are asked a question

There were two dogs in the store and one was not on a leach.
