I entered the store initially looking for three items- 1) paint spray gun 2) key covers and 3) light plate covers. I went over to the paint department and while starring at the plethora of paint spray gun options, I was asked offered assistance by a really nice man named Cam. He was very helpful and asked me questions about the purpose and size of my project. After answering, he was honest and told me that for that small of a job using a brush would work just fine. He then offered me suggestions even still and told me that the Wagner brand was a solid brand. After that I went to the lighting area and found the light plate covers, I searched through the different options and didn't find any that I'd like and decided to look on Amazon later. After that decision, I made my way to the key making area and while looking at the keys, a lady named Cynthia offered me assistance. She was very helpful, respectful, professional, and extremely kind and funny. I finished in record-breaking time due to her quick wit and professionalism. I walked up to the self check out and purchased my items. Left with what I needed and felt great about the entire process. The store was very clean and organized, the staff was exceptional, and the prices were affordable. Great location, and I highly recommend this Home Depot over Lowe's. I went to three different Lowe's in Houston, and to the one in Sugarland and walked the store 30 minutes without anyone uttering a hello, smile, or offer to help. This happened over multiple (at least 8 occasions) and I decided enough is enough. I've been to Home Depot ever since and each time I'm more impressed than before. They understand customer service.
