Don't waste your time! Or if you chose to be ready to stand around and wait for someone from a department to show up and look at you like you have a 3rd eye growing on your forehead. I have driven by this location numerous times as it is, but 90% of the time I just keep driving up the road to the "other" home improvement store or I will go out of my way to go to a different HD location. This is not the first time that I have had issues at this location with service(s) every time go back I like to think that they may have sat down and talked about the issues that are being brought up but it never seems to be the case.

I recently went in to rent a carpet cleaner. I was super nervous about the process and didn't even know where to start. From the moment I rang the bell the guys at the counter started answering all the questions I didn't know how to ask! They were so helpful and friendly! The best customer service I've experienced in ages!!

Bad customer Service. Through out all the problems and issues i run to, Mason he the only employee throughout entire store that's very courteous and helpful and understanding. But being loyalty customers Home Depot for more then 10 years, i have to said ill never be back. My whole plans , house getting paint cost and time are wasted and its my first house purchase, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was treated very rudely by A return cashier I believe her name was Krystal here's what happened:First I had a few returns most of them were found on the credit card I tried first but 1 item did not nor on another card I tried, then I tried looking it up in my email file of my Homedepotreceipts but it wouldn't load. So I tried the next card I had it worked and Krystal says "You should have done that in the first place" wow. But We had shopping to do so I let it go. I had taken my daughter to this store to purchase a portable air conditioner(very Heavy) which we pushed around the garden center (on a 90 degree day) so I could find enough products to use my $50 garden club coupon. I also was purchasing round up with a free refill with purchase. At the register it wouldn't take the coupon and the buy one get free on the same transaction (oops, forgot about the no other discounts) so I asked the cashier to take off the 2 products I would need to get separately. Unfortunately she only took off one the discount applied and I realized after the completed transaction I would need to return and repurchase to do the transaction correctly. When I tried to explain this to the returns cashiers one of them(Patricia) seemed confused and the other (Krystal) said "oh you trying to get $10 off instead") an accusation that I was trying to get more than I should. after some discussion where I tried to explain that if I returned everything I would not be getting the $5 twice I wouldn't be getting it at all, they said I couldn't reuse the coupon which didn't make sense to me. My daughter spoke up at that point to tell them I also worked at Home Depot hoping they would realize I was not trying to do anything nefarious, to no avail. Krystal then berated me saying since I worked at Home Depot I should know that the coupon would not be able to be used under these conditions (I knew no such thing). She continued to berate me though I explained I hadn't been a cashier for 3 years. Apparently not only was I meant to be all knowing but have total recall of everything I ever learned in my training as a cashier from all those years ago. Her behavior is not a reflection of Our Orange Promise values of Respect for all People, Taking care of our Customers and Doing the Right Thing. She could have used the $50 she had in her pocket as a cashier to do the right thing of making sure I got my $5 off of my qualifying purchase if the coupon did not work and giving good customer service. This young lady needs some serious training in customer service and a reminder of Our Orange Promise. As a customer I deserved better than this and as an employee I know we require better than this.

Was in the store on Memorial weekend, so we new it would be busy. We were having trouble estimating how much floor tiling we would need for our projects. Mason walked up and asked if we needed help. He then helped us calculate the amount of tiling we would need. Then he grabbed a cart to help us grab the tile. After we decided to get more, he ran back and grabbed a pallet jack. He then helped us check out and also load the tile into our car. He was smiling the entire time. He never made us feel rushed. Excellent customer service. Customer service is a huge reason we prefer shopping at Home Depot...especially this BP location.
