This is the cleanest and best stocked Home Depot store in the Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank area. Easier parking and very helpful staff. It is not the closest to me but I often end up there because other stores are out of stock. And, whenever I am there I get great service. On my last visit the plumbing guy, big, with a beard and very friendly, hauled down a box of PVC fittings so I could buy one for $1.35. A closer HD was out of stock and I really needed that fitting. Thanks.

Customer service was great at this location. I had ordered online and they quickly brought out all my items and even helped me load the merchandise in my car. Transaction went very quickly. I have found other Home Depots customer service department not as efficient or helpful.

It is refreshing to be treated as though you are of utmost importance. I had a problem with a delivery and Francesca stepped in and did not quit until the entire problem was solved. Incredible. She is the reason I wil continue shopping here.

Susana was very helpful and knew the product line unlike your other help that I encountered at San Fernando. Suggest you start training your sales people. Your stores used to be quality experience- I guess you decided to change that. Too few tellers for check out.
