I shop at the store very often and the experience is always very good and they are helpful and I always seem to find what I need a reasonable price.

Went to buy lumber. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. Saw 8 associates and not 1 offered any help. Terrible customer service

There are always people helping you with what ever you need. Beth was an awesome cashier and really helped us out. Thanks Home Depot

Carla was working at the self check out and she was very helpful and nice.

I have been out of bathroom renovation over the last several weeks and have been in here maybe 20 times since and everybody is very helpful. Considerate

Employees from 3 different dept. Showed initiative and a genuine willingness to assist me and provide the materials I needed. They all were friendly and it was so refreshing to see a staff trained professionally to meet and work positively with the customer.

The employees went above and beyond to help return items that were not used on a previous job.

I was picking up lumber and other supplies with my pregnant wife, I was loading up some 3/4 ply and out of nowhere a associate popped up and help load the 4 sheats I needed. I been to location several times and every time I run into the best service I have ever had at any home supply store anywhere.

I was quickly lead to what I was looking for and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys

Seems like in years past the helpers were more knowledgeable about where products are and able to help with which product would do the best job for my purposes.

I am blown away by this store, the management, and the crew members. They are the best in class and are there to help out. Not only their shoppers but the community!

HOME DEPOT needs to consider use of QR Code system for those vets that do not / are not computer "savvy"

Home Depot should be proud to have such a great bunch of people working for them. The employees are always very welcoming and have a smile on their face.

Was at store early morning and had so many employees help me. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful.

Made a purchase with a debit card and upon return to get a refund only offered back to my card in 3-5 days. Yet they debited my account immediately when I purchased. Would not get a manager to authorize cash back.

I had to pick up a few things for a project. Home Depot had everything I needed and I received great service. Even though it was Black Friday!

WE went to purchase a new Christmas tree with our gift cards that we had. During the process of cashing out, the register froze mid transaction and could not be rebooted. The manager promptly arrived and shuttled us to another register. At that register, we found that half of the cards no longer had a balance on them. The manager took it upon herself to ensure that the card balance was restored. In a matter of minutes, the cards had their balance restored and we were able to complete the transaction. A frustrating situation was quickly resolved by the professional staff at the Owosso Home Depot!!!

I bought rugs and going to plan a remodel kitchen

Good store, good people. Had what we needed in stock.

Had to make a quick stop to check prices on lighting kits. The ladt by the self checkout asked me how I was doing both times I walked past. No one else said anything to me, but some watched me walk by them, until I got to the checkout. Carla Oshea is one of the friendliest and helpful employees that has ever worked there! If she is working, I will usually go to her if I have any questions.

The lawn and garden department at this location goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you need and are helpful to that goal in any way they can be.

Our little town has been blessed by our Home Depot. People love shopping and working there. Friendly, fun, safe and knowledgeable employees. If an employee doesn’t know something, they will find someone who does and bend over backwards to help you out. Smaller than other Home Depot’s but as they say, ”tiny but mighty!” Always a pleasant and welcoming experience every time I walk through the doors.

I went into the store a bit lost and with a list. Employees made me feel important as they greeted me, and they took all the time needed to help me. They helped by finding things on my list quickly and answered all my questions. I left feeling I had accomplished something, and it didn't take long.

The items that I bought were decently priced.

Cashier explained to me I could save $25 if I open a Home Depot account so I did. So my plant stand I bought was actually free. This happened 2 days ago, will pay off remaining bill, $14.76. Than no interest. Thank you Nina for taking the time to explain everything. Always like to save money.
