Scott Mannahan, appliance specialist, helped us through the entire process of selecting and ordering the Bosch dishwasher we needed. He ensured the proper hoses, accessories, etc. were included, checked to make sure the installation site was appropriate, scheduled the install date, everything. On top of that, he was just a pleasant person, easy to talk to, and obviously knowledgeable. Made us very comfortable.

Helpful Friendly Staff. Great products and services. Ask for Michael, he is very knowledgeable and eager to help.

I have always been able to find a staff member who can help me with my particular problem. I have visited the competitors and have found the staff to be sparse and not nearly as knowledgeable. Home Depot staff always seem to have lots of experience and are so helpful.

One of the smaller stores that we buy from, but they always have what we need, or we order material from the PRO DESK, All three of them are great, they deserve a raze in pay. David where did you get the red pants?

EXCELLENT customer service. Products for which I was shopping were in stock. Chris in hardware assisted me with loading my products onto a cart, took them to my car and loaded them for me, and chatted for a few minutes about Home Depot. Melissa N. at the service desk informed me where my products were located and was fast, efficient, and personable checking me out. GREAT EMPLOYEES made the visit enjoyable rather than a task.

Melissa and Charmaine are awesome associates in the store and they are the number one reason I store and keep my business there and will not got else where for any of my projects

Simply put, the staff are amazing. They are kind and helpful which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I love this store particularly because it doesn't share a parking lot with any other stores so you don't have to deal with the traffic related to that. I also LOVE that they display the US Armed Force's flags and are proud to offer veterans a discount... overall this is my favorite Home Depot location that I have ever been too but also my favorite hardware store.

They need to provide adequate staff for the flooring department. You can't order the product you want without sales people in that department.

Store is always well maintained EXCEPT for the lumber carts, there appears to be only 4 to 6 of them and they are always in use or outside. When you need help you generally have to go to a cashier for help as this store is ALWAYS understaffed, there does not seem to be anyone working the aisles. On several occasions I have stopped an employee on their way through and they have no idea where or what I'm searching for. However, I shop here for the ease of location, and the military discount we get, thank you for that. There is a young woman that seems to be a weekend manager there that is always helpful and usually easy to locate, it isn't easy to locate items. the way things are on the shelves does not always make sense

I was impressed with the variety of plants and trees Home Depot offered. The store was clean and we were able to find what we were looking for plus some fence post mounted lighting that we weren't able to find anywhere else. The checker was friendly and we received our military discount and a thank you for your service from the cashier Kim K.

This is simply the best home resource store in Carson - I enjoy coming here and appreciate the fantastic customer service - they typically have what I need when I need it - if they don't they offer super resourceful suggestions that I have always been able to use. Carson Home Depot - you rock!!!!

I choose to go to Home Depot because many people who work there are very accommodating. Melissa in Customer Service, John G. in Nursery; Stacey in check out and other areas. These people are on a mission to provide excellent service. Also, Terry-Alice in Nursery. I can't remember all names, but this is a smooth operation. Also the manager in the Nursery spent a great deal of time explaining when I could expect some ceramic pots to be stoked. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name.

I have shopped at this home depot for years and Friday was one of the best days I have had there. Especially working with Kim at the cashier. She knew her job. I found what I was looking for, I did not need any help, one person asked. The store was clean as always. Everyone seemed happy.

Outstanding Store and Personnel! The incredible staff that helped us was really wonderful! Starting with Dwayne in plumbing and irrigation. Then Cathy in Kitchen cabinets, wow,,, spent a lot of time with us helping with blinds. Finishing with Kim at the register.... You have a terrific staff and it was a pleasure being a patron of the Home Depot, North Carson!

The manager, assistant manager and new employee Dylan did an outstanding job getting our order done correctly. Our order was a large purchase, semi complicated, but was handled expediently by these people. I was ordering online but there were complications with getting free delivery to my residence. These great employees completed my order in timely manner and did great job. My hats off to them. You can tell they have good management and leadership there.
