I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to David Lawrence He has been so patient with me and has gone beyond the call of duty to help me with my washer dryer situation. He and Kevin the assistant store manager came out to personally see what was wrong with the units. The other day I went in and Debbie (glasses from been at this store a year transferred from So California area was extremely helpful and patient when I came in the other day.

Although the paint desk was very busy they seemed to be able to answer customer questions with little delay. I had what I thought was a rather large order that the were able to fill in just 20 minutes.

I always like this store for my homeware needs. Employees are nice and Megan always checks to see if I have not forgotten anything...very helpful.

I have shopped at the Carson City location (#3312) ever since it opened. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service, price and selection it provides. Thank to all!

This trip was less successful then previous trips to this store. Considering that it is just at the beginning of the big home improvement season,employees in this store tend to close off isles all too often without regard to customers getting access to what they need. In addition, employees do not approach customers who are obviously looking for assistance. This store need work on customer service skills. Picked up an item that had a flag with a "new lower price" only to get to the checkout and be sent back by the cashier to take a picture of the flag to prove that it rang up at the old price.

Home Depot, Carson City, NV 921 Jacks Vally RD,. 89705 is a, great place to shop, always!

This Home Depot is one of my favorite stores in Carson City. It is always clean, neat, and well stocked with usual items and seasonal. The garden center is beautifully kept and well staffed. I love that I can bring my furry friend in shopping and he is greeted warmly by staff. A great place to shop and a great place to come up with ideas you didn't have before you went out to see what they have.

just be prepared that when they call for someone to help you, you might wait a long long time and no one shows to help you;

A positive experience, knowledgeable friendly staff, lots of parking, convenient location out of the way of traffic & congestion and if they don't have it...you probably don't need it!

I am currently doing extensive remodeling to my primary residence. Each time I have been helped in multiple departments : paint - flooring - appliances - countertops - cabinets every associate has gone out of there way to assist me -- particularly when the requested items were out of stock or unavailable. I have come to feel toward some of them as friends as they join with me in admiration of the changes and improvements we are all working toward. As a result of their personal assistance and courteousness, it has encouraged me to continue to return to this Local Home Depot for the next phase of remodeling.

David, the appliance dept sales associate, is a real gem! He handled our order with great competence and made sure that our experience in buying a new stove was awesome. His efforts resulted in a smooth transaction from the very beginning to the end delivery. David should be promoted to a management position!

Every store employee -- associate -- or clerk has been exceptionally courteous and helpful. Often they have to deal with missing, mis-placed, or out of stock items which is frustrating for them and time consuming for the customer. Their efforts are appreciated.

My recent trip to Home Depot to buy smoke detectors turned out to be much better, in terms of locating "great buys!" In addition to my regular purchase, I found the right-size drywall sandpaper which fit my electric sander.....60% off the regular price! Thank you for the generous discount Home Depot!

the employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. Employees will stop what they are doing to provide help. If an employee passes by while you are looking, most will stop to ask if they can help. The store usually has all of the items needed to complete most any home project.

Today was the day to go shopping for Appliances, One week ago my Mother purchased (3) Big Appliances, Refrigerator & Washer and Dryer from Appliance Specialist Shelley Friedman what a stress -free Experience, Shelley walked through each appliance and its warranties with Extra Appliance Protection for each product, it will cover costs and service calls, as it will pay for its self. As for myself, A military Spouse on 10/23/17 at 12:15 pm I bought a Washer & Dryer and my Appliance Sales person was Rory , he was very attentive, explained each product and additional Warranty Protection on each Item again it will cover costs and service calls,as it will pay for its self. Stress-free Experience, Rory was still learning his Department but was very polished up on Customer Service. I was very Impressed by his knowledge .

I use Home depot stores San Diego, L.A. Las Vegas and around Ca. and I wish they where all like this store off Jack's valley rd. This store is #1 to me

Great store, convenient location, salespersons always pleasant, even with my dog, who loves to go there.

Beware this location has a real problem with providing the customer with the basics for a customer to purchase product. SHOPPING CARTS!!! ... are not the customers responsibility.

The Jacks Valley Store is more pleasant to shop at than the north Carson City store. Not sure why. Staff seem more cheerful and energetic. Maybe it's because they aren't as busy. Not sure about that, though.
