Paint department needs more than one person on a Sunday. Waiting in line for 30 min to get a bucket of paint is ridiculous.

The employees were very helpful and patient during this time of stress. I am thankful that they were open and there when I needed things for my home. I will continue my long shopping history at this store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees here complain about the customers right in front of them. They didn't ask if we needed help and just treated us like we were bothering them. Horrible. Never coming to this location again.

Look for an employee named Darryl. Seriously. Home Depot should have his photo up when you enter, so you can see where he is working that day. So many times my hubby comes back from Home Depot saying if it weren't for Darryl, he would have been totally upset and emptyhanded. This last time Darryl helped him in plumbing.

My husband and I recently purchased kitchen cabinets and counter tops at the Tropical Parkway location. What a great experience. The kitchen designer was knowledgeable about the products and extremely proficient with the computer design programs. She helped us to develop our ideas without pushing her own preferences. The designer was always friendly and gave us all the time we needed to complete our design. I would definitely recommend visiting the kitchen designer at this Home Depot if you are in the market for kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

If you have plumbing questions, come see Marc in plumbing. He is a wealth of knowledge with a strong desire to help everyone.

There are always helpful employees nearby. I have been to other Home Depots where employees are not willing to help. This location has very nice employees.

I have frequented this store for the last 15 years. All the employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have purchased just about everything from this store from paint to appliances, to tools and hardware.

The store was clean , Debbie in appliances was most helpful in helping make a washer selections. Our whirlpool quit after 10 years. Placed the order and it was professionally delivered and set up.

From the moment you walk in the door you are entering into a place where the employees are attentive and have a genuine interest to help you. It's a big place so don't get discouraged if you are not taken care of right away. Most likely an employee is busy helping another customer or operating some forklift moving product around. Rest assured if someone is free they will assist you. Don in lumber will go above and beyond to help you with your wood working questions and assist you in finding the tools you need to get the job done. I find myself going to the store wondering if Don is working so I can pick his brain and have him help me with some technique or plan that I am trying to execute. His advice and experience is invaluable! Take notes because this guy knows his stuff!

We had the best experience buying a kitchen applicance package with the help of Debby! Thank you so much Debby! We are so excited for our new appliances. Everyone who works at this store is very nice and helpful. We always have a great wonderful experience every time we visit Home Depot.

The store was a-buzz with guess busy looking for items such as floor rugs, the employee helping the customer was not to busy to stop and let me know will be with you shortly/ give me a minute to get help for you. That's how I got help and was in an out in a very short time. Lucky me! While walking to the front of the store I noticed shelves where in order and floors looked clean. My time there was brief and rewarding.

Darrell who works there is very helpfull and friendly was a big help. Tim and DJ the managers were also very helpful and made my day when I had an issue with a hot water heater. Everyone at that store I’ve tslked to or interacted with was very helpful and friendly, but those guys made my day a lot easier.

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly they had a large variety of products to choose from my experience was very pleasant and employees were knowledgeable of the LG kitchen products I was intrested in and ended up purchasing. I Box a beautiful LG kitchen suite in black stainless steel and awesome color and great accent for my kitchen
