Sale Cashier Gail was really nice and welcoming.

The store has a lot of customer traffic but it is handled very well. Check out cashiers are efficient and helpful. They really know the Home Depot software. Return lines move well. Additionally, everyone I have dealt with at the Pro Desk is extremely helpful and resolves problems quickly. But because of the complexity of the issues the Pro Desk deals with expect to wait in time for awhile. COVID-19 procedures are excellent. Everyone wearing masks.

The Chelsea location has wonderful people working in the store who are very helpful.

EVERYBODY IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THE BEST THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES IS THAT THEY KNOW WHERE EVERYTHIN IS WHEN I HAVE ASKED. ALSO THEY ALWAYS ANSWERED ME VERY POLITE.

I visited the store on tax free weekend and only wanted help with my new home depot credit card so I could go home and finish my online order. The manager suggested i just buy eveything in the store and handed me off to Billy the head cashier. Billy assisted me through my entire visit by helping me load heavy items onto the cart and even packaged my items at the proshop so I could save money! I usualy hate going to home depot but my experience at this one was great and I could tell all the employees are happy to work there and respect and admire their management team. I would visit this home depot over any other in the area. Even the woman in gardening was so helpful and full of knowledge. Extremely satisfied with me visit.

Associate (Bill to be accurate) was rude.

I had the most helpful experience from an employee named Tony. He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through my whole project even down to the screws. To be honest I would wait in line for him to help me again instead of one of the halfwits that don’t know how to hold a screwdriver. He gave me the confidence to know exactly what I was doing and my project went without any problems. The next time I come in I’ll be looking for him.

They took care of me like if it was their own proyect....

The store was clean and the majority of employees are always helpful… But this incident today was very discouraging and don’t appreciate being treated the way I was treated. The combination of the guy at the door being extremely rude and the girl at the CUSTOMER SERVICE giving it attitude for no reason is not appreciated. Thankfully nice young gentleman that was handling the carriages came over and apologized for their behavior and asked how Kiddy assist me in change my whole outlook around when I just wanna say thank you for that… But the other two need some serious CUSTOMER SERVICE etiquette Adjustment training.

Rubin at the Service Desk and Billy at the Pro Desk could not have been more helpful in assisting me in completing what proved to be a difficult phone order. Their patience and eagerness to help are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great store great employees always friendly and we love Joan the cashier she is the best So when you go to Home Depot in the morning make sure you go see Joan the cashier when you check out

Every time my husband and I go to this Home Depot everybody is so friendly from the moment we enter the store to when we leave the employees are always willing to help and the cashiers are so so friendly especially Joan love her she is an asset to your store and company we need more people like her in the workplace ❤️

Overall, I love the Home Depot and have been shopping there for years. This is my first time visiting the Chelsea store and I bought a Moen kitchen faucet brand new. When I got home I discovered the special installation tool was missing from the box. Upon reflection it seemed the box might have been cleverly resealed but it was sold as a new, unopened item. Unacceptable! Very disappointed.

The manager on Duty (Dana) is terrible, she seems to hate the Latino people.

Bought my Christmas tree at this location, the employee cut it perfectly, then offered to carry it to our car! I was so impressed! Then we got it home and it was the most beautiful tree I ever had! AND to top that off, it was about $40.00 cheaper than what I had spent in years past. I know where I’m going from now on! Thank you

I visited this Home Depot store today. I received excellent service from cashier Susan at the customer service desk. She was very kind very helpful and had such a pleasant attitude. You should have more employees like her.

Joan and Damion from the Garden dept. was super helpful today in assisting me with picking out the perfect Christmas tree. They above and beyond with their customer service and I very thankful for their kindness. God bless.

Like every Home Depot it’s hard to find someone who actually “ Works in that department“ but once you find the person that does work in that department they are always extremely friendly and helpful... I think this is my favorite Home Depot in the area.
