I have been primarily shopping at Lowes for all of my remodeling supplies, but they did not have what I needed in stock tonight. After the customer service I received tonight I will definitely be heading to this Home Depot first from now on.

I made an initial call and was given helpful feedback to the product (garden tiller) I had seen in the store a few days before. The associate told me that she would be available the following day to assist me, which she did. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the helpful and pleasant attitudes of this woman and another employee or two whom I had communicated with on my visit. It was a friendly environment and I received a very good value for the quality of the product I purchased.

Associates are always helpful. It's very clean. They ask a lot of questions to ensure you are doing the right thing.

The store employee who helped me in the Garden Department went way above and beyond to help me, and she was extremely kind and helpful. I wish that every shopping experience could be as positive as the one that I experienced at the Chesterfield Home Depot, and I will definitely return often.

I know the store well and can find what I need. When I do nee help there is always someone to help find the item needed and offer suggestions.

Your cashier in the garden department was poorly trained and very rude. Either teach him how to use the register or fire him.

The store is clean with bright lighting and the associates overall are very friendly and helpful. I like to shop around when I go there I Like to see what's new, especially in the tool area. I'm fortunate to have three major lumberyards very close and I always end up back at Home Depot.

Mr. Pyle, associate, helped me with my wall oven selection.His supervisor, Nancy Wright, was the lady that finalized the sale for me the next day because Mr.Pyle was not in that day.

Very disappointed that the LED spotlight that I needed was available in only a single pack size. As a result, I believe I paid too much for a commodity item. I am disappointed because on most items for home building/ownership multi-packs are available

Upon entry, while I was shopping, and when I checked out, all the staff was quick to help, knowledgeable of the store, and friendly. My shopping experience exceeded expectations.

The obvious thing I noted is don't shop on the weekends, shop during the week after the store is open and before lunch. The associates are much more available to help you and are more likely to be in a good mood. This time 10am -11:30 am is a great time to find close parking

I was able to quickly locate the item I needed in the store, as the store is kept clean and organized. After finding my item, Brent (a Home Depot associate) was most helpful at the self-checkout - he answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience, which is why I always choose Home Depot first!

Associates we worked with helped make a scary bathroom remodel project almost painless with their attitude, willingness to take time to talk through all elements, assistance in getting a damaged item replaced, and just being there for questions. We couldn't have hoped for better people to work with and will recommend not only Home Depot, but these specific associates, if any of our friends are planning a project like ours.

i have a strong preference for Home Depot over other DIY stores because of the excellent customer service. My latest trip was per the usual. I got immediate and excellent help scheduling a flooring measurement (in anticipation of an upcoming install). I left the store feeling satisfied with my experience and looking very forward to my upcoming upgrades.

The store was very clean; the products were easy to find. I had a GREAT sales associate at the paint desk; extremely helpful!!!

I was working on replacing a Moen cartridge in a Moen Shower Mixer Valve. I was puzzled as to which replacement Moen cartridge I needed. Tom was Very Helpful. He also shared some good advise that made the project go smoothly.
