good customer service

Very helpful and made us top priority..

At the self-check out, the well spoken young man with longer hair (wish I would have asked his name), was an absolute pleasure. He made the drive worth it and I will return to HD because of him. Great customer service sir!

The associates seemed irritated by asking for assistance most anywhere throughout the store. It was a Saturday, but each of the associates I came into contact with had no useful answers regarding our questions. It seems ridiculous there was a single checkout open on a Saturday, and she was very rude in the process of dealing with a cart completely full of culled lumber. I used to work at home depot and I am aware of how the place should work and this was so far from the quality they used to attempt to deliver. Good luck staying in business.

Store is very well staffed with very knowledgeable people who know where to find what you need when you need it, every time I go to the store.

Daryll in the paint department was extremely helpful. It very nice shopping experience when employees are willing to help.

I have "Veteran" on my driver's license printed on there by the state of South Dakota. I was denied the 10% military discount because I didn't have a military ID on me. And was made to feel like I was trying to scam the system. Pretty disappointed, especially considering I had driven over 3 hours and passed closer competitor’s stores. Not the honoring of vets that one would expect from a major retailer like Home Depot. You can do better....

The product inventory at this store is fantastic and saves me the time of shopping around. The store had appropriate Covid safety measures in place, was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Also, a problem had come up with installation and the staff saw to it that there was a successful resolution in a timely, satisfactory manner. It's great to know that this is a store that will see to a complete service experience. Very happy with my shopping experiences at this Home Depot.

Just so everyone knows, if Home Depot screws things up enough and you finally give up and want to return something for a refund, there is apparently nothing they can (or will) do to compensate you for your trouble and inconvenience. You have to "see your project through" before they can offer you any compensation. Why would you want to see a project through that was a disaster and their fault from the get go? They don't care about their customers. We tried to get a hold of the manager, but he always had someone else return our calls or emails. When we voiced our frustration and disappointment, we were told "I'm sorry you feel that way". Not even an apology or any kind of gesture to acknowledge our situation. We have shopped at Home Depot for over 25 years, but never again! Our cabinet order was worth $7,000 and we also were going to purchase 2000 sq ft of flooring, new interior doors, baseboards and kitchen appliances, not to mention what we already spent on remodeling our 2 bathrooms this summer. Home Depot was going to make at least $20,000 on our remodel, apparently, but they don't need our money that bad. They will never get another cent from us.

This store had the product I needed, helpful staff and fast check out. The shelves were neat and stocked.

We ordered new cabinets for our kitchen and when they were delivered, several pieces were missing and several more were damaged. Our old cabinets have been removed, so we are now without a kitchen for at least 4-7 weeks, if not more. This has caused an increase in cost time for us, and an increase in cost and time for our contractor. What should have been a 2 day job is now a 2 month delay. We are very frustrated and disappointed.

Excellent employees, especially Devin who loaded our order. He was extremely polite, hard working and efficient. Thank you!

The only thing I would have to say about this store is that not all the cashiers seem friendly or inviting. I usually go to my friend that works there to check me out or self checkout since no one seems willing to check us out. For instance I went into the store today and the cashiers were hiding at the register not in the isles like they are taught to be or flirting with the other cashiers.

poor service for a Veteran! Couldn't get a discount

Store was clean and organized. Assistance was hard to find. I did not see any associates, cashiers were not friendly.

I had a most unfortunate experience at this store while purchasing a storm door. It took two hours and four clerks to check me out at the service desk. Huge exposure to other customers and standing for hours to buy one door. No one could figure out why the order was not processing. I went back to the sales desk and finally resolved myself.

Much easier to pay for your things and get out of the store than competitors' stores.

As we are updating recent home purchase, Home Depot has been one of our "go to" places, especially for big purchases.

The employees are always helpful and will go out of their way to help. They always offer to help you find whatever product or item you are looking for.

HD uses regional pricing, so you may save money by shopping at the Fort Collins, CO store. Check online before you buy in Cheyenne.

This store is a poor example of your identity. Customer service and check out staffs seems to be the only working associates you have. The arrogance of the others is staggering...no assistance offered...blocking aisles with instant meetings..no protective (mask) gear worn and not allowing 6 feet space for customers to get by...generally awful. I have shopped other Home Depots, where the customer came first. Not so in this store. I would recommend a store cleansing, starting with the Store manager. Will only shop for Ryobi tools.

The team members in this store are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services available at this location. The store is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend the Cheyenne location and continue to shop their for all my home improvement needs.
