This is a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are always been very helpful, friendly, and are very easy to work with.

Finding assistance or anyone to help is and has been a constant complaint. Stocking shelves with huge orders during operating hours does not seem appropriate to me. Better use of your employees like being on the floor as cashier, helping in departments, rather than announcements on a blowhorn, in my opinion, would be beneficial to offset the lack of employee assistance. However, the cashiers have always made the visit a positive one.

The store is always clean and whenever I ask a staff member for help, I get very good service with a smile.

Great store always able to find employees too help me if I need it. The store was well stocked and clean. No barriers/ obstacles in the aisles.

Michael in lumber is exceptional!

Be aware that you will have to make sure you are buying the right size nuts and bolts. Don't trust that you are getting what you want just because the label on the box says so. The inconsiderate customers that were there ahead of you don't care what box they put stuff back into. Make sure you sort through the box for what you want.

I had called the store to inquire on flooring that I had seen on clearance. Sandy was very helpful and had the flooring on dolly ready to be rung up and wheeled how to my vehicle. She also loaded it. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

It was nice to have a store employee help us who enjoyed his job and was professional and helpful.

Great staff: This store has enough workers so that you’re not wandering around looking for items or for help. They are always very cooperative and knowledgeable, especially Michael in the lumber department. He always takes the time to help and offers tips and ideas to help me on my projects.

I find the employees at this store to really be helpful. Almost every time I have had to ask where something was, they will walk me to the right place instead of say what aisle to find it.

BEN in the paint department is a wealth of knowledge. He took me step-by-step and educated me on how (and why) to stain furniture. I went in for one product, left with nine products, and confidence to achieve my goal. Nicole the cashier, she was the last impression of Home Depot today. She greeted me with a smile and reminded me why I choose not to use self-service checkout. There's nothing like Home Depot customer service

The service at this particular outlet is excellent. No need to go looking for help; someone will approach and ask if you need help. Friendly staff, on the floor, and right through the cashiers. As someone who uses a cane to get about, this time saving service is very much appreciated.

I have been a Home depot customer for years. This experience blew me away. We visited a different location around 8 p.m on December 23rd at the Curlew Road location which wasn't pleasant at all. No one cared to help us except one gentleman (Older gentleman). We were looking for a specific drill that was on special but they were out of it. He helped us locate it at this location, he said they had 4 drills available. We drove down here and to our surprise they didn't have any. The head cashier, Mary searched high and low to make our Christmas speacial. Nancy and Carol joined in on the search. It was close to closing time and not once did they rush us or pushed us away. She was trying so hard to help us land the special which was a free battery with the drill. The only way was to order the drill online and the special was not available on the website. She finally turned to Chuck, a manager on duty. He gave the "ok" to order the drill and mark down the battery for us so we don't miss out. They also gave us a charger for our troubles, like WOW!! I am in the service industry and this is an experience I will always share. Moving forward I will drive to that location passed the closer location to give them my business. I asked my family and close friends to do the same. Thank you Mary, Chuck, Nancy, and Carol for making our Christmas super special. Home Depot is a huge part of many lives, it's not just a get it done place, it's turn your house into a home kind of place. I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for us. They also bragged about they're store manager Ramon for being a great leader, obviously he leads by example.
