The Best customer service. Employees are always very helpful. I love the garden section.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful and the items were available and easy to find. Access to and from the store was easy.

Popped in to pick up 2 much needed items, very disabled adult Autistic daughter in wheelchair in tow. Staff offered help and direction and I found exactly what I needed, Price for quality of what I bought was great. Checkout was easy and quick. Parking was readily available. Wonderful shopping experience.

Always found what I am looking for in that store

It's the local big box home improvement store. Nothing overly special, they do cater to contractors more than they do the average home owner or DIY'er. The plus side is they do seem to have items that a contractor would find more useful and have some higher end items.

The employees in this store are VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL. Keep up the good work!!

The Clearwater Home Depot makes for an " as good as it gets" home improvement shopping experience.

Great customer service in the paint and equipment rental department. Very knowledgeable, gave great advice and willing to leave his area to show us where to find the product. Even explained how to use product.

There was four people in front of us so it took ten minutes to get check out (we only had two items). Sandra the cashier was over worked but she was GREAT. She pager the lot man at least five times, no answer and she said she would help load the car went her line slowed down. We waited another fifteen minutes before we could get the car load. The lot man finely showed up.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location and they always have all the answers and guidance needed to help me with my weekend projects at home. The store is always well stocked and clean and always seems to have plenty of employees to help answer questions or guide you to the product that you are looking for.

I had one or two employees walk past me without asking if I needed any help but they did smile. After asking a young cashier for some help, she pulled out her phone and brought up a Home Depot APP which showed her the isle that the product is in. As I turned around a gentleman asked if there was something he could help me find. The casher told him that it is in isle 44 and I told him what I was looking for. He didn't just point me in the direction but had me follow him. Once we found what I was looking for, he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. What a tag team experience The Home Depot gave me.

My husband and frequent your store all the time, I have purchased several plants over many years and my garden is just beautiful. My husband does several projects and you always have everything he needs.

Your Military Vet policy needs help. Driver License in Fl. has a V to indicate we are a Vet. We must show our military papers at the DMV to get the V designation. Your cashiers keep asking for military papers--and I have to ask for a manager--who says the cashier is doing their job asking for papers. The manager then states they will take it. It is a 50/50 shot this happens. At other home improvement stores all I give my phone #.

Need to have flatbeds inside garden area and not lined up outside in parking lot

I am a very satisfied customer of this store. No matter which department I need, I always find helpful staff able to answer my questions and willing to help. This time, the help was about the difference in fertilizers. I got perfect help.
