I have always enjoyed shopping at our own Clinton Iowa Home Depot . they have good deals on a lot of seasonal items and they always have what I need. I call it THE MANS MALL !!!

We live 30 miles from the nearest Home Depot, but they had a grill we wanted to purchase. Deb, in the garden center was very helpful, and called several times to keep me informed of the progress of our purchase (as we needed it assembled) When it was ready, we were pleasantly surprised at how helpful all the employees were to us. The guys that helped us load the grill were great, My husband is disabled, and they were concerned about him up on the truck. Again, he was thanked for his service. All in all, a very good experience.

Love the store. Just wish there was more or at least one person in each department at all times for specific needs or question or advise. There may be someone that happens by that’ll stop and ask to help but can’t answer question

First person fly by answered where item was. The once I found the area has a second person help me which was a female. Items I need was for the shower we both had a hard time figuring out if we found the right item for the shower handle. But it did turn out to be the right item. But stock of item was low only three left I took two. Where other businesses stated they do not make said items any more and its all plastic and the plastic doesn't work with the older model. So please in the future keep older model items in stock thanks.

When I came to The Home Depot there had been a storm that just knocked out the power I had no power down limbs and a hole in my roof Tim VL at The Home Depot in Clinton helped me with everything I needed. Thank you for your help

Garden center. Spent nearly $300 on plants, half in dire need of water. Wanted someone to water them. Told no one could do it,except management. Plants are watered morning and evening. Asked her to ask management. Little later same employee said the same thing about watering, on behalf of the manager. Upset me that the manager couldn't be bothered. I told her I wanted to talk to her. When she finally did come up, it was obvious that Ashley asst Mgr was not happy. Curt. I felt it was a stand off, she was not going to water those plants. When I informed her that I spent nearly $300 on plants, she said 'I didn't know you bought them, I wasn't told that'. Was it that important to pass the blame on someone else. She could have asked. She finally relented and watered the plants. Her body language said it all. I can tell you if they hadn't been watered Ashley could have refunded my money. Obviously HD sells plants 'as is'. I don't know why this had to be such an issue. When someone spends that much money on plants I didn't realize 2 gallons of water could have been a deal breaker. It would have been nice if someone, anyone, would have asked if we needed help loading our truck. But at this point we realized customer service was non-existent.

Can't say I like Home Depot in general, its' not just this store. I don't want to check myself out, so don't appreciate that self checkout lanes are more abundant than the staffed lanes. I can't ever find help if I need it. Always have to go looking. Their 11% rebates take forever to process, and they mail each amount form each receipt seperately! Even if it's only $1.47, they make a plastic card with that amount, and mail it. The next day, they mail 2 more, and then 1 more....They do so many things that don't make sense.

This home Depot store is one of the best I have been in . Keep up the good work !!!!

Many aisles blocked by things that need to be put away. Hard to get around store. We did not get what we needed because we could not get to the shelf. Employees are no help.

Due to the CoVid 19 pandemic I decided to place an order online which is a HUGE step for me. Im not experienced with online ordering but with the help of Shelby she made the pleasant and easy.

I am a Clinton Resident and am very pleased you have restarted the "rent-a-tool" program at Clinton store. In the recent past I have had to go as far as Bettendorf/Davenport IA store to get tools I needed to complete a job. That is about a 50 mile trip both ways. GREAT JOB, Thank you very much.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, and always have just what I’m looking for.... plus some!

We went to the paint department to look at the paint charts. They have such a big selection of colors. We love the Behr paint it goes on so nice. We have used it for the outside siding and on the inside of the house. We purchased paint today for our kitchen and a couple weeks ago new blinds for the room also. Can’t wait to see it finished. Thank you Home Depot.

The store manager, assistant managers, supervisors, and associates are very customer service friendly and very attentive to your needs.

If anyone has appliance needs I would strongly recommend they see Mary at Homedepot. Mary is a very knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful employee.

My home was built in 1892 and I have owned it for 41 years. I have done extensive remodeling and have consistently shopped at the Clinton, Iowa Home Depot. I have always been able to buy everything I have needed there and have always found the employees to be most helpful in locating items, assisting in the design and furnishing my kitchen and bathroom, and in giving me help in loading materials when needed. Great store!
