Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 156 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently superior service! I use the online ordering option for many of my purchases. This store has consistently demonstrated a superior level of service and attentiveness in multiple departments with special recognition to the customer service, online orders, and paint departments. They are my first choice for my local purchases and I fully recommend the store without reservation. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Store Experience Someone is guiding the staff of this store to be pro-active in helping customers. Every time I go in with a question, I get referred to an employee that is knowledgeable to answer my questions. This is sooo refreshing. Many times it is a question of where to find a product but today it involved my needing an explanation on the difference between two items in the door knob section. The staff member really knew his product and helped me make a decision. I also had to have a lock/knob set re-keyed and the young man did a superb job in spite of being interrupted by other customers. I felt like he had time for me only and did what he had to very quick and then thanked me for the opportunity to serve me. August 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most Friendly I really like this store for friendly staff and their great prices. August 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great store but not enough help like employees. you have a gteat store it's very clean but you guys not have enough employees to help customrts to look for items that they're looking for they are always too busy to help us . August 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Go-To Home Depot I always go to this Home Depot. They are in the busiest part of town but still very efficient. I've never had any problems and the staff is nice. August 15, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Experience Applied for a Project Loan, what a mess that was! Clovis store has a "stock boy" that takes it upon himself to answers questions in the customer service area without knowing what hes talking about. Steer clear of any answer from Moises. If I would have known this jewel of info, I would have had no issues with my activation for my Project Loan card. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service Associates were very helpful in assisting me to locate what I needed. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Very good experience there today. August 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE THIS STORE Over the last 6 months I have had to make a gazillion trips to the hardware store. This particular store, in my opinion, has a very broad selection of most everything. They usually have everything I need to get the job done. Kitchen remodel, bath remodel and now replacing all the flooring in the entry and long hallway. Shopping in combination with their app is amazing. I can open the app, scan the bar-code and see immediately if the product I'm about to purchase has horrible reviews and also if the price online is less than what's on the shelf. They will honor the online price if it's less, though I've only had that happen once. Note that prices online are typically more or the same as what you pay in store. I have had to make a trip here and there to their competitor for a few things this store was either sold out of or didn't carry. A diamond blade for the wet saw is one thing I can think of off the top of my head. Though it was for the wet saw in a brand only the competitor carried so seems logical we'd have to purchased parts from the store we bought it from. I have found there are a lot of employees available during the week to help and not as many on the weekend. Could just be they are all busy, but the wait time for help is drastically increased on the weekend. This store is my go to store for everything home improvement. I like it much better than the River Park store and I find it comparable in selection to the West Fresno store. August 26, 2016
