Over the last 6 months I have had to make a gazillion trips to the hardware store. This particular store, in my opinion, has a very broad selection of most everything. They usually have everything I need to get the job done. Kitchen remodel, bath remodel and now replacing all the flooring in the entry and long hallway.
Shopping in combination with their app is amazing. I can open the app, scan the bar-code and see immediately if the product I'm about to purchase has horrible reviews and also if the price online is less than what's on the shelf. They will honor the online price if it's less, though I've only had that happen once. Note that prices online are typically more or the same as what you pay in store.
I have had to make a trip here and there to their competitor for a few things this store was either sold out of or didn't carry. A diamond blade for the wet saw is one thing I can think of off the top of my head. Though it was for the wet saw in a brand only the competitor carried so seems logical we'd have to purchased parts from the store we bought it from.
I have found there are a lot of employees available during the week to help and not as many on the weekend. Could just be they are all busy, but the wait time for help is drastically increased on the weekend.
This store is my go to store for everything home improvement. I like it much better than the River Park store and I find it comparable in selection to the West Fresno store.
