This Home Depot is clean and well stocked. The employees here are helpful!

Simple things like a smile and body language in willingness to help go a long way with me and this store promotes an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again. Clean cut staff, friendly smiles and training make the experience worth remembering for the next visit. I need help in finding the right ceiling fan and I found it after the sales clerk was finished with the previous customer.

Helpful people and very clean store

This store meets all my expectations when I seek advice or purchase products for home improvement issues. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which give me reason to return when purchasing products that I need advice on how to use or install. My shopping experience gives me reason to recommend this store to my family and friends.

Old cashier treated me horribly. She did not have any reason to have attitude with me. I was not being disrespectful, but she was quick to assume that I was dishonest customer and treated me with disrespect. She accused me of returning a used product, started to argue with me, and I only said "I did not use it" every time she stated it was used product. Second or third time I defended myself, she had already concluded I was lying and said "I will let you return used product this time" *scans then drops the product to the table to make a loud noise*. She showed all sorts of body language that offended me as well afterwards. I was NEVER treated this way in any stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc.

Had a Great Experience at the Home Depot in Collierville TN! Flooring Specialist, Craig Kessler, was an incredible asset to us while planning a flooring renovation project. He listened to our questions and concerns, and guided us to exactly what we needed to make the project a success! Thanks for the help, Craig!

Home Depot Collierville is one of the best Home Depot that I have ever been to. I have been to others and by far customer service is way better here than other stores.

This was a customer friendly store when Chip L. was in it. It begs for people who know how to help.

I bought a significant amount of plywood and other materials and the experience was terrific. The Pro help desk folks rung everything up and the lumber help loaded me up. Smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this store.

The lack of customer services is the reason for my low review. Long wait time for assistance and after 40 minutes left store. Returned and formed customer service desk yet still waited then could get help.

Very happy overall with the store and its employees. The only concern I have is that I am a vet it is a problem to get the military discount. I have to run all over the store and have to prove EACH time that I have served. A better system would be a single entry on my account that I have qualified for the discount and have it automatically applied each time I make a purchase. Key on my phone number or name.

The store is clean,well stocked and the prices are good. The employees are very helpful. It's not the stores fault that they are under staff. Most stores now a days do that to cut on cost. The parking lot has lots of parking and the store is easy to get to.

Howard in lumber has no knowledge of lumber or millworks. He is often not helpful and is not customer friendly.

Very disappointed in the fact that there were no check out lines open, except for the self check out lines. I feel should get a discount on prices if I have to scan and bag my own items.

Store was immaculately clean, pleasant and displays were perfect. I found myself going to different dept's just to browse, like Christmas, Halloween, Lighting, etc. I was surprised at the attention that the paint dep't guy was willing to take me to other dept's to find the products that I came in for. AAAA treatment!
