    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 167 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Service. Excellent product selection As a new homeowner, with many questions, I experienced multiple store representatives, in various departments, who were helpful in their recommendation of products I might need to accomplish several project goals. Each was then helpful and attentive in showing me where to locate these items. August 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service with a Smile I'm always amazed at the courteous and helpful staff. Many times they have gone out of their way to be helpful beyond what I expected. I'm glad this store is located near my residence. September 2, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service by sales associate Mr Dorrean is an excellent employee. He deserve good credit and pat at back for his performance at this store. He is the person, if he doesn't know the answer, he will find out for you and remarkably resolve your problems. One good think about I liked him, he is always cheerful and smiling. Ready to help anytime. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful I have never had a problem with Home Depot, especially the Columbia, MD or Ellicott City, MD stores. Although it is sometimes difficult to find workers, but I always manage to find someone, and when I do they are always helpful and patience with helping me. I also have never had a problem returning something or exchanging a product. I have been shopping here for 3 years now for remodeling my home and have rarely run into a problem. I do not know why some people have posted problems, maybe they caught someone on a bad day. I will continue to shop at these 2 locations. July 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best trip to a home improvement store ever! I was picking up a BBQ, propane tank, door mats, recycle bin and check out fencing options, so I basically went all over the store. I have never met such a happy pleasant staff. Everyone was smiling, everyone was working but still offered to help. Associates knew where everything was located and gave highly detailed descriptions where to find things. They helped me load the BBQ (which was assembled for free), and when it was heavier than I expected the associate had another come to help. The store wasn't empty, contractors were there, it was busy - but there was no wait and no one seemed harried. Never wrote a review on a chain store like this in my life - but this was awesome for a mundane errand!!! June 22, 2016
