Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst ever in a Home Depot The store was a basic Home Depot, however lots of products in aisles and seem a bit disorganized to me. Hard to find associates to help you, and when you found one his knowledge was limited. The checking out process was the "worst" I have ever seen, 20 to 30 people online in the plant area, with one cashier. The front end had "NO" cashiers at all only self check out was available, with 12 to 14 people online there. How much money does this company make a year and no cashiers at all. The manager was confronted but really was no help and had no answers. I would not go back here ever. May 18, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid rep in Paint Department First I stopped at the customer service desk to ask where to find the item I wanted to buy. She told me aisle 8. After searching aisle 8 and not seeing it, I asked another rep who told me they were directly across from the paint department. You'd think customer service would know where to send people! Anyway, the item was on the top shelf which was directly in front of the paint department desk so I asked the rep behind the counter if she could help me get it down. She kind of waved me off because she was on the computer. Okay, so I waited a few minutes. When she still didn't look to be coming over any time soon, I started stretching to try to reach the item and that 's when she decided to come and 'help' me. She had an attitude when she asked which item, then she took off before I even had a chance to ask any questions about it. Don't know if she was having a bad day or what. May 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Store Associates Retail associates rarely get any praise for all the hard work they do, so I just wanted to thank the man who helped me with the PVC he was an extremely pleasant time and was very accommodating to my requests. Keep up the good work! May 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by In and out in record time I was in a hurry to get home to install a soaker hose for my new tree and to bag the debris from transplanting before sundown. I couldn't have done it without the help I received from 2 store associates and the cashier. The staff and new layout of the Commack store are making a habit of bailing me out. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!! May 7, 2015
