The worst customer service. The whole internet and phone robot is not user friendly. So I go to the store only to get no help, but listen to other customers complain about the same thing. They walked out. Where I didn't because I was there for a specific toolbox that my store was out of. 5 associates walked past not one of them interested in helping customers.

The store was neat and clean without clutter. I was looking for vacuum cleaner bags and one of the associates, whose name I did not know, walked me to the aisle and section to find my item.

The employees at this store are wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, but not in the pushy, annoying way that we all know happens in stores like this. Of all the Home Depots I have been to, this one is my favorite because of the cleanliness and the extremely happy and helpful staff. Right down to the woman who was making hot dogs by the door, I was extremely impressed. My mother told her the Chicago Dog she made looked like a work of art. I took posted a picture of my hot dog on Instagram and got hundreds of likes for its perfection and beauty. My fiancé and I had our hearts set on a gorgeous chandelier which ended up selling out at nearly every store in all of southeast Michigan. The last one left was at this Commerce Township store. When I called to have the item put on hold for me, the man was so nice and gladly looked for the chandelier, going the extra mile to check the inside of the box to make sure it wasn't damaged before setting it aside for me. Putting items on hold is something that the Sterling Heights store told me they could not do, and in turn, by the next day someone had bought the chandelier that I hid in the back of a shelf because I was not able to purchase it that day. So I drove from Clarkson to Commerce Township to get my chandelier, and I can't even tell you how happy I am to finally have it in my home! I have checked stores like Lowes and it does not even compare in every aspect, because of the type of items they have and the prices are reasonable and fair. You can find the same exact item at Lowes, for a larger mark up, and their coupons aren't as great. Home Depot is the go to place for literally everything my fiancé and I need for the renovations and decorating of our new home. We have happily purchased our patio set, fridge, washer and dryer, microwave, light fixtures, wood, drywall, paint, all materials and tools, and 16 feet of connected windows and doorwall (an 8 foot doorwall with 8 feet of window in the same size). We already have our eyes set on a dish washer and stove, hardwood flooring, and a beautiful glittery Christmas tree! I will never shop anywhere but Home Depot for anything we need for our home, and I think its now its worth it to take the longer drive to the Commerce Township store - so happy with my experience there!
