Nancy in flooring was very helpful, she helped us decide what product to use in flooring for our kitchen. When we went to the store we had one particular product in mind, after speaking with Nancy she helped to show us how another product would best serve our needs. She was also very knowledgeable about appliances.

The initial part of the delivery of my fridge was a disaster. The 3rd party delivery service (R&D delivery) didn’t show up for the date and time of the delivery and didn’t call. After multiple connection with HomeDepot store they still couldn’t find out the reasons. I had to complain multiple times. After the store department manager “Dawn” took over, she helped researched and provided good resolutions. In addition, she followed up with me and kept me informed of the process. Dawn’s great customer focus was able to rebuild my confidence in HomeDepot. Thank you Dawn

The associate's at this store are very friendly and helpful. I had a large shopping list and an associate brought me a cart, took me through the store and helped me find what I was looking for. I returned the next day to look at appliances, and the associate in that department was also friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. I am know for being a guys, guy. One who will never ask for help. Well on this trip, I caved. I couldn't find a siphon hose to remove gas. I tried the app and saw they were in the store but an unknown location. I grabbed Johnathan from the tools section. He and I searched lawn and garden for a bit while awaiting Scott to arrive to continue the assistance. Johnathan refused to leave my side until Scott arrived as we searched the shelves to find the elusive siphon. Scott arrived and with his knowledge showed me a few things that could work in its place. Going from Plumbing to Electrical we circled back to find what would do the job for me.... still unable to find this mysterious siphon. However, mission was accomplished and I still felt like I could walk out of the store with my "man card". Scott and Johnathan help out a lot, and the store knowledge showed. It made it a great experience and worthwhile of asking for help next time.

Store was clean and well stocked , however no cashier lines were open and had to do self check out. We had alot of items and it was hard to do ourselves. Needed Paint and the associate never even spoke to me.

Home Depot is heads and shoulders above their competition. No matter which store I go to they are very consistent with the customer service and availability of product. I normally shop at the University store due to proximity but was up in Cornelius today and visited the store in that location. I picked up an Online order. The process was nice and smooth. The store called me to let me know my order was ready for pickup. I went to retrieve my order and was helped by Gill. Gill was tremendous!!!! Very courteous and helpful. Gill pointed out an excellent deal that I overlooked and brought it to my attention. He could've easily rung up my initial purchase and watched me walk out the door. DID NOT HAPPEN. He took the time to alert me to the deal and I am totally appreciative of his help and taking the time to show he appreciates me as well as a customer. Thanks again Gill.

The associates were very helpful in helping me select the GE Adora 25.4 refrigerator. Then customer service was helpful when the refrigerator went on sale and I received a refund.

My recent experiences at Home Depot have been amazing. The store is clean, organized and well lit. The employees there are super friendly and helpful. Jim in the paint department is amazing. Lori in appliances is knowledgeable and super helpful as well. Love the Cornelius store.

As a homeowner and somewhat of a handyman I often need help to answer my questions. I see few employees and when I see them they just pass me by. They always seem to be in a hurry. Not a hello and definitely not a may I help you. I have shopped at this store a few times and trying to find someone to help me is very difficult. I asked for help during one visit and the employee said they would be right back. I waited 15 minutes and then left. I would certainly like to shop at this store because it is close to my home and it is very clean. A few times I have become frustrated and left to go to another home improvement store where customer priority seems to be much better.

Always a pleasure shopping here, but today was extra-special because of our casier Maame! As we approached the front to check out, she enthusiastically greeted us and directed us to her register. She was so friendly and cheerful: she was genuinely happy to be taking care of us! It really made our day! Maame is a precious jewel of an employee...one of the great things about our local Home Depot that keeps us coming back!
