Had a great experience getting a new dishwasher, FYI - do NOT buy a Samsung (just ask around). Repair tech would only recommend Bosch. Yes they are more expensive but everything I hear says they are the best. No, I have connection to Bosch.

I got the BEST service this past visit in so many departments. I felt like the entire staff was there to help ME - granted I was there upon opening of the store on a Sunday morning - but it was really wonderful. Jakob helped me with the purchase of a holiday item, Joe, Jon, and Dan helped me with a remodeling project I couldn't figure out and directed me to the materials I would need. And Hailey was super helpful in selecting the correct paint for painting stairs in my home and then got that mixing while I was in another department. Each person was so very kind and helpful! I love this place and have been regularly shopping there since I moved to Dahlonega 2.5 years ago. I was needing a LOT of paint a year or so ago and after Jim in the paint department got to know me, I could call and ask for the paint I needed more of and he would have it ready when I walked in so I could get back home and spend less time inside the store at the height of Covid. I really appreciated that level of service.

Most times when I go to this store there will be a sales person who is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It makes all the difference.

We bought a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher bundle and washer and dryer for under $3000! Ed in appliances was so wonderful! He answered all of our questions about all brand names. He was so patient and thorough! Pam was awesome as well.

We are in the process of building a barndominium and everyone has become my friend as I shop a lot at this location for everything. Barbara, Shelby, Nate, James, Jo have all been so amazing and are all so warm and friendly. I love going in there to this location because of the people who have been so terrific.

Went to the store on a wednesday night after work. I had gone the night before and picked out a set. Went back to pay, set up delivery, installation and haul away old w/d. The set I had picked out for some reason was not able to deliver and install. Looked at two more sets to which the stackable kits were backordered. The Whirlpool set had all parts available. So $400 more than I planned to spend and about 2 hours later got set up for delivery, install and haul old items away on Oct 15. Went to Customer service and paid. Went to my car and looked over receipt and was charged for 2 different dryers. Went back in the store to get corrected to both Whirlpool washer and dryer. Somehow in the process lost my delivery spot and was told that delivery would be on Monday. I work so that was not an option. Got frustrated and told them I wanted a refund. I was left standing there while the CS scrambled to get my refund for an hour and a half. The salesperson came up to me during that time and tried to get me to agree to a shady installation by his friend that did it on the side. I was already embarrassed and that was inappropriate for him to offer! This whole experience took about 4 hours! I will not visit this store again!

Everyone is always so friendly and happy. You can tell they really enjoy helping customers! The managers at this store make sure all of the employees are informed, trained and knowledgeable. The employees really take pride and ownership in their jobs and provide top quality customer service!

We recently moved to Dahlonega and have frequented the appliance department many times. We have been helped by both Sam and Ed and both men have been extremely helpful in our purchases and when items have been back ordered.

I went in on a Sunday to try to qualify for the paint discount and, if not for the manager on duty, Mike, and a phenomenal employee, Kesi, it would have cost me hundreds more. Apparently the deadline for the promotion ended on the day I showed up and Mike had to work his magic to give me the discount. Kesi helped me make all my product selections with unbelievable expertise and guidance AND managed to get my expired credit card reinstated on the spot to get me the discount. Way to go Dahlonega Home Depot!

Ed was the employee that helped Me find the washer, dryer and microwave I bought. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I love Home Depot!! I’ve always enjoyed planting and working in my yard so having this store 2 miles from my home is awesome. My girls always give me Home Depot gift cards on special occasions because they know I shop there a lot.

I’m glad you put this store in this location I depend on Home Depot.

This is the fourth time that I've purchased galvanized piping to use as drapery rods in my Airbnb, private residence and investment property. The help I have received, especially from Aleric, has been above par. I highly recommend this store.

I had an unusual problem in that the caps on my wheelchair were missing. Due to having Neuropathy that causes a lack of feeling in my feet and ankles, as I scooted myself along the exposed bolt on the right side caused a wound that became infected. The nurse at the Wound Care Center suggested that Home Depot might be able to come up with a solution to my problem and sure enough they did. Just before closing time I went into Home Depot and happened upon Susan who showed compassion and concern for my problem but was unable to leave the front of the store, however she hooked me up with Jerry. Jerry tried this and that till until he came up with a solution to my problem.

I have shopped here for years, for a huge variety of products. I often go in to shop for things my husband wants that I know little to nothing about, and I always receive help from an employee.

I shop there ever so often. I live about 35 miles away so this store is one of the closest to me. I have had very good experiences shopping at the Dahlonega HD store.

My favorite Home Depot to visit. Always an in and out process!

Paid for black cow manure, with the amount to be purchased out-of reach. Had to wait approximately an hour before a forklift was brought over, after asking 4 times for assistance.

everything that i have bought has been more then great! staff is great aswell! always friendly and helpful. will be back!

There advice and help with my major bathroom remodel is making this project turn out beautiful! Great store!

Thankful for Rick we came in without a clear picture on how much wood was needed for our project. He walked us through everything, helped us pick out what was needed, and even helped us load it. Thankful for his help.

He made my purchase easy and helped me to protect and load my LG refrigerator on my trailer! He works flooring area but took care of me when the employee was busy in that area! Thank You Sir!

I recently bought a house near here and have been going quite often the last 2 months, and every single time I go the employees are so friendly and helpful. Past experiences at other locations I’ve had a hard time even finding an employee to ask if I have a question but at this location they make sure you’re helped if you need. So thankful to have had their help throughout remodeling my house!

Barbara J. And Tate were and are the only employees who care. Everyone else just plain sucks at customer service.

We had to travel a little further because the store closed to us was running out of the material we needed. Surprisingly the people at this store were amazingly friendly and the store was well packed with all kinds of supplies. It was nice to shop in this one. We are willing to travel the extra miles to have the same great experience we had today.
