I visited this Home Depot store recently while on my lunch hour at work for a product I needed. I had trouble locating the item initially and since I was on limited time I asked an employee for assistance. Not only did he willingly direct me to the product, but also instructed me that there were more of this product at another department within the store. He also advised me that the product in the other location was of better quality and at less of a price. He then walked me to the item which was quite a distance away. He was friendly and helpful the entire time he provided assistance. When I got to checkout I was delighted to find that the cashier was equally as friendly and efficient. The only reason I am not likely to visit this store again as I typically visit the Home Depot near my home on weekends. Overall my experience at this Home Depot store was excellent!

I shop the Dahlonega Home Depot occasionally and always find a consistently happy group of employees! Even when the store is busy, the employees seem to stay focused and capable of handling the chaos. Great job!

I live on the coast of Georgia and in Dahlonega. The Dahlonega store is my favorite because of the people who work in the Dahlonega Store. Sales people cheerfully ask me if I need assistance. I don't always need any help in finding things, but I like being asked.

This store is always clean and neat. The clerks greet everyone with a smile, and can provide knowledgeable answers to questions, or will find someone who can't if they cannot. I have always had a consistently great experience shopping that this store.

All employees at this store have been very helpful. Several times when I have gone in not sure how I wanted to decorate a room or revamp, they have awesome ideas and cost efficient! We love shopping here.

The store was clean, and the products were easy to find. The associates went out of their way to help us find what we needed when we asked. Herschel, Warren, and Dawn were all very friendly and helpful. Being so, makes us eager to shop at this Dahlonega Home Depot again, and yes we definitely would recommend it to our friends.

Having a vacation home in Dahlonega, its tradition to visit The Home Depot everytime we visit. We love that place!

The associates are friendly and take the time to show me where the merchandise is I need to purchase. They have always provided me with great customer service. I am so glad they are here. This store always has what I need and I don't have to leave the county to purchase what I need.

We live close to 3 different Home Depot stores and have shopped at all of them. The Dahlonega store is by far the most helpful and accommodating and friendly! If given a choice I always go there!

This is my local HomeDepot. My husband and I frequent this store often & most of the customer service team members know us by name! It's a good feeling knowing we will be well taken care of each and every visit!

I never find everything I need on one store, except when I visit the Home Depot. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help you with your needs.

I routinely shop at 6 Home Depots. All have wonderful and helpful associates. Dahlonega's are the best of the best.

We had gone to the Dawsonville Home Depot for many of our needs because it was so close to our home. However, after receiving false and misleading advice and help, we went to the Dahlonega Home Depot. The employees went above and beyond when helping us. We were putting in flooring in our home for the first time and they helped us pick out everything and were extremely friendly and attentive. Shout out to employees Cam, Alaric and Chase. We will be shopping at this location from now on.
