I stopped by the store the other day to look for cabinets for my kitchen renovation, ended up making an appointment for the next day with the Design consultant, Colleen Kelly. After two consulting visits, I have ordered my kitchen cabinets and she has planned out how beautifully my kitchen will look when completed. So happy I was fortunate enough to meet her.

Pretty much convenient locatiion. Whenever I visited this store I meet with friendly and professional employees. Do not have a single issue any time.

Great Service from Customer Service rep. Carlos Soriano- Carlos ensured I was happy with my special order request and delivery to another Home Depot about 80 miles away. He called the 3rd party vendor to ensure the delivery was processed correctly before I left the store and found me in the store to give me my final receipt for my purchase- Now that is what I call "Exceptional Service"

I came to this Home Depot to get some flooring and I did not know where items were but this nice young man helped me find the area I needed and got someone to help me. He was a Asset Protection person and I found that to be very nice. I'll always come back here to shop.

The sales person promised a A.M. delivery time frame and then did not come through. When contacted the only thing the sales person and night manager could say was deny the implied promise and delivery was not their responsibility and if I couldn't accept P.M. delivery I could cancel the order.

Very good store. The Paint department is always very helpful.

Awesome hub for home improvement

We have been doing a project out in Woodbridge location, we have truly enjoyed how well the customer service has been out at this Woodbridge, VA Home Depot. One of the managers Jeff and upfront customer service rep Ryan have truly gone above and beyond helping us with over the phone orders, loading up our large purchases, returns etc. Just truly want to say Thank you! Also want to mention specifically some employees that went above and beyond in our many supply shopping needs. First, there was Jeff he is upper management. Then there was Ryan upfront customer service. Rudy in pro area helped load concrete bags religiously with me. LOL Adrian, Chris and Salem in the tool rental dept absolutely took care of our rental needs (thanks guys). And lastly Alex with Milwaukee Tool was such a help, not to mention he even gave me a Milwaukee T-shirt for all our business. I'm telling ya, this Home Depot left quite a great impression on us.. Best customer service, always short check out lines, pro area always available when we needed help. Very clean, well stocked. You know how employees at the small hardware stores are helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs? That's what I experienced at this HD today. There are at least 4 other HD locations closer to me. I'll gladly go out of my way to get help like I did here!

I recently purchased a Cub Cadet 3X Snow Blower. Ron Hill was the Home Depot Salesperson that helped me. He patiently answered all of my questions which I greatly appreciated, since I have never previously owned a snow blower. He was very helpful and courteous.

Great store , friendly people. For the most part, it has been a one touch shopping for all I always needed. That is very good .

Went to the store after receiving a new HD credit card. Went to self checkout and got a "call credit services" message. the cashier looked at me and said "it says we have to call the credit card center, you need to find another register" and walked away. I had to use another credit card because your cashier didn't want to do her job. I left the store went to my car and was so angry by the lack of service. I went back in the store and went to customer service. I was greeted by a rude associate. Two managers came up and I explained what occurred. They stood their starring at me with zero conflict resolution. I left the store extremely aggravated.

All employees are very helpful cooparetive

The employees I encountered knew exactly where items were available. And, instead of just pointing to a distant aisle, she walked all the way with me to the exact spot! Thank you. As a military veteran I also appreciate the 10% discount. Thank you, Home Depot.

This store is a workable one. The employees are nice and willing to help you. I can do all my winter shopping here if I need to. I can find everything I need.

This store has many benefits. Parking is easy. Items in the store are well organized. There is plenty of items to choose from and most often the item I'm looking for is in stock. I would give 5 stars but I just hate being constantly approached by the guy trying to sell HVAC systems. He should just stand there. We all see him if we're interested in a new HVAC.

I had a great service from Gardens and Lawn Rental department. Very professional advises and help. Thanks a lot.

I easily and quickly was able to find a staff member to cut keys. I really enjoyed chatting with my friendly cashier, Debora who politely handled a rude customer.

Home Depot, Dale City/Woodbridge, VA has the best customer service: helpful, knowledgeable, courteous employees (Ko, Manager; Jaquine in Paint; Rob, Lumber; Karen, Upholstery). Have quality products listed in Consumer Reports that I couldn't find at other home supply stores. I also received bogus information at another leading home supply store, where Hope Depot staff were informative and most helpful. A customer for life!!!
