The cashier Tina who is the regular one for the contractor door register is awesome.

If you like being treated like a criminal when checking out, shop this store. Otherwise go to ANY other home depot

Let me describe my experience at the store during my visit. I parked my truck near the garden center because I was there to pick up some wood pellets and a couple of small items. The garden center doors were closed so I had to walk down to the main entrance, not a big deal. Then I went to the garden center and loaded my pellets (with a bad back) and then had to push the heavy cart all the way to the opposite end of the store to get to a register that was open, (the isle from the garden center to the register was cluttered with black Friday sales and everybody that was checking out the sales). I get to the register and the cashier has a cast or her arm and very rudely told me that a bag needed to be flipped so she could scan it. Then I had to walk all the way across the parking lot to get back to my truck. I also had a man on a pallet jack ask me to move so he could get in front of me with the truck, I think he should have waited for me to finish what I was doing

Great store

The store in Danvers East always seem to have employees who are eager to help and very friendly. If a product seems to have run out at its location, they are more than happy to get ladder to seek out what I need in the overstock above. The cashiers are also on hand to help out either at the self checkout or at the manned registers.

The associates in this store seem welcoming and very willing to help with locating items, answering questions, or whatever. A friendly and positive attitude can make a big difference in the shopping experience, and it has kept us coming back.

Went to get a patio set today. The cashier was not that friendly or helpful but Chris in the Garden center was fantastic . He went above and beyond helping to get the set into my car and was very friendly and happy about it.

I've only been back home in MA for a year & a half, but I've been shopping at HD for 20 or so years. This store stands above the rest, in my opinion. Management and Staff, are on task, with kindness AND patience- I haven't been made to feel as if I'm inconveniencing them, with my requests (which happens in far too many businesses).
