Any time I go to this Home Depot I am generally satisfied with the service.

fastest way to find what you need in any home projects or repairs. Items in particular are well organized and easy to find without any problem. check out is fast and assistance is always available when needed to self pay. always clean and well organized!

Not very helpful employees, Charlie has yet to acknowledge that I needed help, I had to get a pole and get my own planters from the top shelf.

Great employees make the difference. Cashier Joann HC was quite personable and knowledgeable.

The employees I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help me process my orders for both projects, (bathrooms and landscaping). They set themselves apart by being friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help customers. I made this store my home store because of their attitude, although I have another store closer to me. It is better to drive further for great service.

My favorite Home Depot! I can find what I need easily and knowledgeable associates available to assist me, which for me is a necessity.

Good place for everyday items but the 595/university and stirling/95 have a better, wider selection and more organized.

Rodney the worker was very helpful and he did everything to help a customer. I would like to see him working so that he can help us because he’s very professional and educated on what he does! Very great work ethic

I've been shopping at this particular location for over 15 years and I have found the employees to be very helpful in assisting customers.

Store is always well stocked and staff is always well informed and helpful.

The women that made my key copies was very helpful and friendly.

I was very upset that there were no open check out registers except for SELF checkout. There wasn't anyone there to assist me at the time with a gift card I was trying to use. Unfortunately, since there WASN'T any assistance I did do it wrong and had to finally wait for someone to assist me. The assistance was to tell me to go to Customer Service and get the problem resolved. I think you should at least have ONE check out open for those that do NOT want Self Checkout. This was at 1:50 in the afternoon.

This used to be my regular home store as it is close to my home. However, I have noticed over the last 2-3 years that the store employee attitudes have gone downhill. Very difficult to find and to get an employee to assist. And when you’re able to locate one, they act like they wish they were somewhere else. Not all, but most employees I have interacted with the las 3-4 times I have been there, have had really bad attitudes. I believe I’m going to start going to the Weston Home Depot. It’s further away, but well worth the drive given the difference in the shopping experience. Employees there are plentiful and easy to find. Also they seem to be genuinely glad to assist shoppers when asked. The Davie store used to be like this a few years ago. I don’t understand why they aren’t like this anymore.

I purchased 2 gallons of Behr Granite Grip for an 8X16 patio. I had to purchase 2 MORE gallons and still have blank space. Never buying paint from Home Depot ever again.

Love this store. Staff and cashiers always move the lines along quickly. very organized lines. Checkout in garden area is always fast and they have big fans to keep you cool. Always neat and clean here. It is super busy but they do a great job.

I was promptly assisted when needed and was also able to check out on my own. This made my shopping experience more satisfactory!

Employee at the exit by the garden area was not pleasant. However, the store was clean and the young man outside was really helpful as he volunteered to lift our heavy bags of soil and place them in our vehicle.

You can tell management cares. Clean store and always stocked with what I need. I see Assistant Manager Chris walking around the store interacting with both employees and customers. Frank in Hardware always most helpful. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I have a chose of two HD stores, equal distance and Davie II is my go to Store.

Cashier made fun of me when I said to the person behind me in the line to keep the distance. Then the person behind me touched me in my right shoulder . I was very upset; but the cashier started laughing very loud making fun of how i reacted with the other client. Then both, the cashier and the client behind me started laughing very loud. You can confirm this if you have cameras. It was a very unpleasant and health risky situation considering in top of this, that I am in a vulnerable age.

The employees were very kind and patient with me, despite me having very little knowledge on what I was buying.
