The appliance department has great customer service!!

If you are looking to purchase counter tops for your home ... Visiting Angie at the Delafield Home Depot is a MUST! She has outstanding customer service skills and is super knowledgeable and helpful! She made our shopping experience not only pleasant, but EASY!

Excellent service and well stocked shelves.

The man in the paint department was very helpful. I had a color sample from a different store and he was able to make me a paint sample that I could purchase and try at home. He was friendly and very helpful.

The store manager is accessible and highly effective in problem solving. I would highly recommend this particular store.

I just wrote a review and now this one came up. Jim in Plumbing is always right on top of things, besides being kind, and helpful. Always a pleasure to deal with him and takes my guessing out the job.

I have shopped at the Delafield Home Depot store for over 10 years. It is my favorite Home Depot store. I love Home Depot!!

During these COVID times you have one employee who takes safety in high regard and the is Jen in the front check out. While everyone does a nice job it was evident safety was important by actually cleaning every check out between customers. While not all customers take Covid serious Jen does Thank you Todd

If you try hard enough you'll get good customer service but otherwise it's kind of so so. So be prepared to definitely have to ask for help and if the person who helps you doesn't help you good enough be persistent and ask for another person to help you. and if somebody does a good job for you find out who the manager is and report it to the manager or fill out the online survey it's a pain but they do read them.

Delafield Home Depot is easy to navigate when looking for the supplies or items for your DYI products. The staff is very helpful with any questions and helpful with locating items on your list. The curbside pick up works well when you do not want to go in the store.

I would recommend anyone to go to Home Depot in Delafield the Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and very Friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Always a good shopping experience for me and I love the store always clean and especially during this time with Covid I like that they supply masks if you are forgetful like myself and leave your mask in the car. I hope the store is there for a long time.

The associates in the Appliance Dept. Mike J. Mike B and the Assistant Manager Bill H. all have the same customer philosophy! So helpful and they go above and beyond to make your experience worthwhile! Hard to find 3 employees in this day and age that care about service like they do! Kudos!

Don and Alix in widows were great at their job. Im a picky customer and they did a great job, Lucy and Carla cashers were so positive and nice it was great dealing with them.

Allen in tools/lumber is simply the best! A wealth of knowledge and experience that has never steered us wrong. If you are a DIYr, try to speak with Allen, the guy goes out of his way to help/advise and probe in order for you to complete your job to achieve the best possible outcome. I know he has other job responsibilities but he never once treats us a nuisance when we seek him out for advice/assistance. The guy should be the face of Home Depot!

I go to the Delafield location because I've always had excellent service there. Mukwonago is closer for me, but the people ar Delafield have always been extremely nice.

Poor employee training / customer service. No experts in the departments anymore. Hard to find a salesperson. Not always a manager on duty. Hours posted were wrong (I was told to check the website after I was already shopping). Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the door.

We recently purchased a house and have been coming to this store multiple times a week for various products. They tend to have what we need or a reasonable substitute and have a great staff that is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees have experience and expertise above and beyond the competition and are really helpful finding exactly what I need.
