Great staff, stocked store, clean environment!

Samantha at the ProDesk is great! She is super knowledgeable and efficient. I am used to most big box stores taking forever to get an order placed and having to ask 10 people how to do things or what codes to use. Not Samantha, she had me in and out in 10 minutes including getting a convenient home delivery time set up!

Visited the store to buy appliances for my new home. Associate Jerry was fantastic in helping me. Unfortunately the delivery driver told me frig would not fit, so I had to make a return visit to fix this mistake. Associate Carol was beyond incredibly helpful. Even with my indecisiveness, she went above and beyond to help me rectify the whole situation. She even called a few days later to make sure my refund for the original refrig went through ok. She gave me the best and friendliest service I may have ever received. I also had intereaction with CSR Trish who was also fantastic. This store truly has some amazing employees. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Great work! .

Fully stocked shelves!

Employees at this store were all very helpful, but Bill went above and beyond. He stayed with us until we had everything we needed A shout out to Grant, the assistant manager to. We stopped by to let him know how good of an employee Bill was. This will be my store of choice for all my needs for now on. Thanks Bill... the project was quick and easy thanks to your help!!

Store was clean and organized. Associates friendly and helpful. Accommodating in helping to make the purchase work within my budget. Worked to get a item I needed at another store when they did not have stock. Not the closest store to my home but well worth the trip and future purchases.

Staff were very helpful, especially Teresa, my cashier. She helped me with my gift card and was very professional and courteous. Very nice and pleasant person to deal with. She helped me at the self-checkout when I was having trouble with my purchases.

Deptford store looked good, There was a young man named Jordan in flooring, he is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of store associates around to ask for help and if they can't, they find someone very quickly. I had no complaints about a recent visit.

The store is very clean, (saw people cleaning while I was there), and the 3 employees I dealt with were super awesome. Jill (my cashier), and 2 others (I think AManda? and Carol?) are the type of employees that would keep me coming back to this store!
