Nick and Amanda, in the flooring department were very helpful in meeting my needs. I was helped quickly and on my way with what I needed to do my job.

I am happy to have your store in our community, however, your store employees need training regarding customer service. The last experience I had we very embarrassing and humiliating; only because the employee did not know how to handle the situation. The key is TRAIN, TRAIN AND RETRAIN.

The staff at the Dublin Ga. location go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied with their service.

This is the second time in 2 days that an employee in this department was rude an unhelpful. Really reflects bad on the store.

This store is usually very friendly and helpful, but the cashier I had to deal with, Dazsai was the worst. The customers who were there when I arrived were just trying to buy a Christmas tree. She acted as if it offended her to assist them. Then when I arrived she made it a big deal to correct the price of the items that rang up wrong.

We recently purchased a upright freezer and had great customer service from Amelia!

excellent brand, low prices and if it is not in the store the will it will be ordered for you.

Overall the Dublin store is OK. My biggest complaint is not enough staff. It is very difficult to find an employee when needed. I have found the senior employees are far more helpful than the younger ones. More training is definitely needed for younger employees. I do want to point out that customer service has improved over the past year. If you want to know what real customer service is like, stop by Cordell Lumber Company in Dublin; employees there truly go out of their way to be helpful.

The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the store was a picture of the store manager with a few statements under her picture. One particular statement really caught my attention....if you have any questions or problems feel free to contact me on my cell or text me...we at Home Depot take this very serious. Throughout my store visit, I came into contact with 4 associates that went beyond the average customer service with a customer. I have been in several Home Depots where I could not find someone to help me. Today I did not have that problem . Many thanks should go to Carsyn in tools, Donald in tools, Tamara at check out and the lady in customer service that ordered the product for me because it was not available in the store. I apologize because I did not get her name, but she was working on October 23 around 11 or 11:30 at the customer service desk. I worked in retail for 5 years as a merchandise manager and a buyer. I know what it means to have good customer service. The customers are a store's money makers. The only way a store will have repeat customers is through good customer service . These 4 people need to be thanked and congratulated on a job well done today.

I shop at this store on a regular basis. I always find the employees helpful, friendly, and pleasant to deal with.

This store has Wonderful associates and friendly people that are always helpful and courteous they care about the home depot they work for the Manager is verry professional and a good people person she always does a wonderful job with customer service keep up the good work

The store is very organized and clean ,the staff are very helpful, the prices are one of the reasons why my family come here.

I was impressed with how the employees that work there know the location of all that is there. I did not have any issues from start to finish so I was able to get in and out pretty quick. I will be coming here again in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience I had to get a lot of items because I am remodeling my mobile home&AMELIA really enjoys her job which is rare to find in today society IN customer service. I did a survey about her & my shopping experience I really hope she gets recognized&praised for the wonderful job she did helping me she went way beyond her means and she works in the refrigerator stove and cabinet department. Although the items I was purchasing did not really have to do with where she was working so it really surpriseme that she wanted to help me as much as she did she even went to the extent of getting a ladder and climbing to the top of the rack and getting me more items that were not in stock at the bottom of the rack which really surprised me it is so hard to find a good customer service person in today's world ...there were other employees that helped me down the many other different alises of the store whom were also very nice at the Dublin Georgia home depot on 1833 Veterans Blvd--they are also offering a great promotion if you get a new Home Depot credit card they take $25 off of your whole purchase so that was also very good since sales taxes is so high today it helped me out tremendously! Also they have a six months no interest offer available on purchases that total $299 or more which is a great help when you are having to remodel like I am having to do. They also have a lot of different no interest plans there's four different ones ones for 12 months 18 months to 24 months I ended up picking out the six months so I think that's a great promotion especially when having to do a big project like I am having to do. This store had a cool large, 10' x 10' give or take, information board at the front of the store near the checkouts that celebrated it's employees. I think it had an employee of the month, the contest winners and other things. It was really nice to see that the company/management of the store thought enough of the associates to make the store personable. I know Lowe's home improvement doesn't have anything in the front of the stores like this. Great Job and kudos to the employees and store manager!
