I usually go out of my way to go to this store, or I will wait till I am in that area because it is farther from my home but I have always like the assistance I received here and the knowledge of the employees to help me find what I am looking for. They have gone out of their way to help me, walking me directly to the item I was searching for many times. The cashier Lisa was super sweet and engaging and left me feeling warm and valued. But all of the cashiers and the customer service department have been wonderful here. It is also a very neat and well organized and run store. I highly recommend going to shop at this particular Home Depot .

My husband and I went to Home Depot to look for new toilets for a townhome we just purchased. We needed three new elongated toilets because for some reason the house has a bunch of short round toilets for no good reason (except maybe price). We are thrifty people so we were looking for the cheapest option we could. We got great help from one of the employees and ended up going up in price a bit for the fanciest low expense toilet we saw. We got three of the Glacier Bay Vacuum-Assist Power flush toilets and just finished installing one of them in our home (2 more to go). I am so glad we ended up choosing this toilet. The employee who helped us listened to exactly what we were looking for and recommended the perfect toilet for our needs.

I was shopping for the right amount of paint to complete my home project and a small roller, service was fast and friendly staff.

Lamia in flooring at this store (3620) was exceptional!!! She rocks!!! The day prior I had spent TWO HOURS in another Home Depot (I should name them but I won’t here) and received NO MEANINGFUL ASSISTANCE. I will only visit this store going forward even though it’s a little further from my home than the other one. If you ever need flooring ask for Lamia!

This store is my first stop for what ever I need. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Some employees have hands on experience and have given me good advice on how to successfully complete my projects. Have had good experience finding what I need whither or not I need employee assistance.

Excellent customer service. Clean and organized location.

Do not apply for store credit card while checking out.They will promise a $25 discount. After filling out my info ( several minutes) I was told to go to customer services. After waiting there for over 20 minutes ,I was told I would receive info in mail to return for processing. With an extremely high credit rating ,it was embarrassing to be told twice that there was a problem. After wasting 30 minutes,I never did get my $25 discount. All I got was wasted time and a bad experience.

Only self-checkout registers were open and unlike grocery store self-checkouts the new scanners here require customer to pickup a handheld scanner. With COVID this is unsafe.

This store was clean, orderly, and precautions were in place to protect customers for COVID-19. The associates were all kind and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Jazmine was very nice and efficient, but I was troubled by the fact she was a Green Bay Packers fan. However she admitted that the Chiefs were better so overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Demetris is the garden section is an extreme pleasure. Customer service is not what it use to be so when i was checked out by Demetris and she was so pleasant and kind i just had to say something. Good Customer service goes a long way with me. Keep up the great job Demetris!

Friendly staff, knowledgable and courteous.

Encountered a plant vendor in purple today and I wish I could have gotten her name and the company she was representing. Very rude and I do not plan on making my plant purchases from this store. Vendors are an extension of the store and should be held to the same level of customer service as an employee. The store management needs to understand the impact that these vendors have on the customers.
