Super fast and efficient appliance sales team. Thanks to Cliff and Mani, who worked as a team to make the sale but also processed us so quickly we were in and out in minutes. Great customer experience.

I love how Home Depot appeals to so many different people... Mr Construction, Ms. Gardener, painters, Do-it-Yourself'ers.... I found what I was looking for and more with the help of an associate. The store was clean and bright, and folks were helpful and pleasant, (even though it was near closing time). Thanks Home Depot!!!

HDO hires many skilled tradespeople with great customer service skills that steer you to the right product. As a female homeowner, I feel lucky to tap into staff expertise to get me through my home improvement projects from start to finish. Shout out to Tom, weekends, for all the education and encouragement!

Okemos Home Depot rocks! They keep their inventory up to area needs very well. I believe that the store manager is a great leader. They do special things with their employees to keep the moral up like dress up days and special treatment for pro customers. Nick is a scream and he knows the store well. I love it that they hire our Veterans. ❤️❤️❤️

We highly recommend shopping at this store because the prices are great and the "stockers" even took time out to show us exactly where everything we needed could be found. Outstanding public relation people. Great prices and everything we needed. We even had some things shipped out of state to Oregon to a town that didn't have a Home Depot and it was so dimple that we will do it more often, we can't thank you enough for all the services provided!!!

We worked with Mark in the appliance department at the Okemos, MI Home Depot store and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of appliances we were considering and took a lot of time in helping us with our order.

I have always had good experiences at Home Depot and this store is as good as they get. Everyone is human and has a off day now and then but the employees at this store really do well to put a smile on their face and put their best foot forward. If I ever have a bad experience that I feel justifies notifying a higher up I would not hesitate to put in a complaint, however this has never been the case at this store.

The store and restroom were clean. We did have assistance. Our associate was very friendly and helpful.

Ken in Plumbing was a great help to me today. He cut and threaded pipes for me! He was obviously the "go to guy" in his area because his phone never stopped ringing and other employees came to him for answers. While Ken did not project a warm and caring persona, he did soften when we conversed. Ken is really smart and a huge asset to the plumbing department. You need more like him at the store!

I remember not too many years ago you would be lucky to even find a clerk to help you let alone them knowing how to help. Because of that, we quit going there for quite a while. But recently, we have noticed a great improvement in staffing and knowledge and it is now our number one go to store.

The assistance provided in purchasing a grill were exceptional. I received lots of information, making my selection easier, and lots of help getting my purchase home! Everyone was super helpful from start to finish, especially Sandy and Jim (who helped load it in my car!), and others whose names I don't know, including the cashier.

Processing refunds is a breeze. There are plenty of employees around if you need advice or assistance. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and happy to assist. The store was clean and product shelves were full. Overall a great experience each time I visit.

This store has been my go to home improvement store for the past 20 years.

Store staff were very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the parts I was looking for. The store is clean, well organized and well stocked.

The gentleman who custom cut my paneling for me was efficient and friendly. After that the checkout experience was terrible. Only one check out lane was open at 8pm. It took an unacceptable amount of time before the cashier who had walked past the one open line several times decided to open another line. They should change the store hours and close it if they are not going to staff it.

Very efficient and knowledgeable store personnel working to inform and present accurate information regarding your possible purchase.

I have shopped at this store for the past 20 years and have always been happy with my purchases. I give this store 5 stars.

Everyone is so nice there!

The last time that I shopped here the aisles were crowded with merchandise making it difficult to access things, groups of employees stood around chatting and joking around ignoring customers, and employees were parking in the customer areas; the employee parking area had only five cars in it; one employee took two parking spaces under a tree in the customer area.

It had everything we need for our project

The gal at the Orders desk (The Suz) went out of her way to help my elderly father who came in to find a new garage door opener "Clicker". She came out from behind the desk, and slowly walked my Dad, arm in arm, joking about dancing together and having a conversation all the way to the other end of the store, (he walks slow) to pick out the right automatic door opener. She doesn't know it but my Dad has not stopped talking about how much he enjoyed "strolling" through the aisles with this young lady. "You just don't get service like that from these youngins these days" is all I hear over and over in every conversation, no joke. He has a lot of trouble moving these days, and hates going out, but lately he has been looking around the house for something broken in hopes to visit again. Thank you for that.
