Asked an employee to pull overstock off upper shelf. After employee pointed at price tag with arrow pointing at lumber on shelf, and him saying “what about this?” I pointed out that is was maple not birch. He said, “I’ll get it when I get a chance. After waiting 15 minutes, Never saw him again.

If your a veteran with a service connected disability beware. If you happen to get a man named David checking you out don't show him your card.He will make sure everyone around hears him and he'll tell you real quick that you don't have a discount. All this is is a VA card . You don't really have a discount, Home Depot is just giving you one. If they don't want to give it that's fine. No one owes me anything, but if they feel that way quit offering it. I have spent a ton of money in that store but I'll never do it again.

The employees on the floor in this Home Depot are pathetic. They all seem to be hiding and are difficult to find. When you finally find one, they don't know the answers. In the garden shop, the floor workers had no idea where things were. When I asked for a Clematis, the worker asked me "is that a plant?" Never again. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the paint department to mix up a colored stain. Never again.

The staff is doing a excellent job keeping customers safe and keeping the store extremely clean during the virus situation!

Everyone in the store was nice and helpful. I went in to purchase a lawnmower and it was a no pressure sell with an attentive gentleman in the store. The entrance was managed very well by the young men at the door. Social distancing was easy with only 50 people in the store. It was very organized and the people respected the rules that were in place. I enjoyed my experience and will continue to shop at this store.

I was charged for item # 787623131915 twice but was told they are buy 1 get 1 free. I would like a credit

Your Easley, SC store has ALWAYS had above average customer service. Cashier Theresa was very engaging and just plain nice as is ALL your cashiers. I love you guys.

The store manager and appliance department manager (Kasheenia) were really nice and helpful. Our deep freezer stopped working today and we had to replace it today so we would not lose all of our food. Everyone was so helpful and understanding to our situation. Kasheenia really went above and beyond to help us and complete our transaction. Great employee and great customer service. Great experience today at Home Depot of Easley.

The product was easy to find and the store was clean. The service was awful to the point of not wanting to come back here.

Excellent customer service as well as providing pretty solid prices on their products. I was greeted with hospitality and was able to effectively find what I was shopping for in the store.

Delivery was horrible. My order had a time to arrive between 3-7. It is 8:36 and still no arrival. Not considerate of people time that go to bed and have jobs

Just a shout out to the guy in the garden center who helped us find the exact item we were searching for. And the ladies at the cashier's station who helped locate other items in the store. Thanks for your excellent service.

We love our Easley Home Depot. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. It is always a pleasure to visit the store.

I want to give a shout out to L.J. My husband was loading up ceramic tile for 2 bathrooms and L.J. was passing by and jumped in to help. It was A LOT of work that he could have easily walked on by, but he kindly offered his assistance and helped him. This is just one example of the many employees that make this location my favorite!

We had a fire in our home so we needed to visit Home Depot on (almost) a daily visit. I have to say Sheena is fabulous! In a few incidents we had her help us, whether we needed her in appliances or bathroom area. She was great. She helped me order all my kitchen appliances and professionally answered all questions that I had. She also helped us when we needed to purchase a vanity for the bathroom but the one we picked wasn't available. She was able to get us the next one up in price for the same price we were budgeting for. She always is eager to help and I never see her without a smile! She is a great example of why we won't shop anywhere else.

We had a fire in our home so there's a lot that we have to fix. Dawson works in the flooring section. He's always asking if we need help. He goes out of his way to help us or just comes to talk with us when we are there. The other night I came in and he asked if he could help and I explained I needed someone in the cabinetry department to help. He said he didn't know much about that area but there was a lady in that department that could help me. Dawson took me to that area but she wasn't available. I explained I just needed the brackets to hold the shelves, in the cabinets. He did know where they were and explained there are 2 different sizes so I wouldn't get the wrong one. As always, he was very helpful!

Great store and location for all my needs. I shop there before I go anywhere else for all my building and contracting needs.

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and show you where the items you need are.

Home Depot in Easley, SC is the best run store I go to. The store is well stocked, there is staff available to help you and that means a lot to me. The staff is courteous, friendly and if they go out of the way to help customers and I do not have to go find them. They make themselves available when they see you and ask if they can help you! The Store Manager Joe is visible, he meets with staff, walks the store to check supplies and for cleanliness. I have seen him in all depts while I am shopping. The store is also very friendly to dogs who visit with their owner and I appreciate this very much.

Went in to Home Depot in Easley to get ideas for a flooring project and was pleased with the level of customer service. The flooring specialist is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made some great suggestions and made the process very easy. We will definitely use Home Depot in the future with any projects that we undertake around the house.

Erica at customer service was very helpful. I had a couple bad experiences in the past with customer service. She was very friendly and respectful. She answered all my questions or concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. The person before me was kind of rude to her for no good reason. It's a shame because people like her are rare. She dealt with it very professionally. I usually don't do these surveys but I felt the need to speak up. I'm sure more often people that are upset do these so I wanted to do my part for the good experience. She also alot alot quicker than I've experienced in the past with this location. Everyone was very friendly throughout the store and more than happy to help. The store is very clean. Thanks! People can certainly be rude around the holidays! Keep up the good work!

I just did a survey and towards the end it said that I indicated the store employees were not good.. That is the opposite of what I clicked.. This store has excellent employees and are always willing to help.

This store went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and got what I needed. Ryan in the garden department was awesome.
