    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 241 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good store - Store somewhat clean and organized - Associates usually available but sometimes not. - Associates helpful and will actually lead the way to a product desire- Associates do not need to congregate in high traffic areas complaining about work schedules, what happened to "you know who," or just plain loitering - Supervisors need not fuss at associates in public. Praise in public and admonish in private. - Garden dept. needs organizing and cleaning. - Make the front drive larger to accommodate high traffic load on and off Victory drive. - Free coffee always makes people happy. - Bring back the old Lysol cleaner in the brown hour glass shaped bottle with yellow cap! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I like going there. YOUR EAST SIDE STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND I LIKE THE PEOPLE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS HELP MY WIFE AND ME WITH OUR REMODELING. May 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Experience Store was extremely cluttered and dirty, with trash on floor in many locatiions and having to zig-zag down aisleways dodging pallets of products that needed to be shelved. At checkout, three cashiers were too busy talking about their boyfriends to assist me. I stood there for at least 2-3 minutes before I was checked out. May 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good store experience Road in front of store is a mishap and liability waiting to happen. Associates in huddles of 2 to 5 joking. Store somewhat dirty. Limited bath accessories. To many stand alone displays blocking aisles. Returns lady very nice. The associate that helped me the most was a electric dept. stocker and not a floor associate. Hmm, why is that? Check out lady at self check out was very nice. May 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grandma Plumber in need of help! I was so very pleased with the store located at 1901 E Victory Drive that I wanted to do a shut out! Not only was the cashier Larry helpful he was very informative as well. I also want to send a special thank you to the nice guy in the plumbing department as well. I don't remember his name but he was tall and one of his family members played basketball for Beach High School. My overall experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this location to friends & family members. April 19, 2016
