Wasn't able to find help at the paint counter very quickly, but once I was noticed the associates were extremely helpful!

Looking for a specific product that is used in grout instead of water that is also a sealant all in one so you can skip the sealant step after grouting. Associate looked at me like I had two heads and had no idea what I was talking about. Pointed me in the wrong direction with two different products, I left never finding this said item. I do like their tile more than Lowe's though. Lowe's had the product I am talking about and it was right alongside their grouting aisle.

Closing time and I needed one item on the top shelf, requiring a forklift. Additionally, the aisle had to be cleared of numerous pallets in order to maneuver the forklift. Randy and Chris cheerfully did it all, making sure I knew that that is how Home Depot takes care of it's customers. Believe me, it was noted--I'll be back. Great service!!!

Every time I've Been to your stores no matter what state or city the staff has always been very nice and very helpful.

We went to Home Depot with some unusual needs, not costly items, but small items essential to a couple of projects. Doc in the Paint Dept. and Kathy, who appeared to be in Appliances, both took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and actually at no cost! Because of them and others we have encountered in the past at the Edwardsville store, we make Home Depot our first stop for home needs.

This store has too many in-store service salesmen that approach people while they are shopping. I find this in bad taste and I have shifted my business to Lowe's next door.

I had to wonder around looking for a certain item which they did nott carry in the store.

Randy was so kind to help a teacher! I was looking for seeds, pots, and soil for my students. We were going to read the story "The Garden" and plant flowers. Randy came to the rescue. He assisted in finding everything that I needed. I appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness that Randy showed! I am very grateful that there are nice people in the world that help others.

The Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Home Depot is the best one in our area. I know associates by name and they are always around to help me if/when I need something. Sometimes, just chat for few minutes. True home town feel in a big box store.

The store was well stocked on both sale items & regular items. Every associate that I came in contact with( one to help me find a certain nail, one to check me out, very quickly I might add, especially because the things I were buying were all outside, & the 3 different guys who loaded my purchases) was not only very helpful, but also PLEASANT!!! I recommend the Edwardsville Home Depot to anyone who will listen to me!!!!

Great customer service at Home Depot! The associate that helped me, Randy, was professional, helpful, courteous, and kind. So often when you need assistance from an associate they seem to be very rushed and/or rude. Randy had patience with me. He explained things and even took the time to help me get everything to my vehicle. I WAS a Lowes customer. I had just come from Lowes, not a single individual asked if I needed help finding something. I'm glad they didn't because I went to Home Depot and had a wonderful shopping experience. Bye Bye Lowes! Hello Home Depot!

Sales associate was very helpful! Saved a bundle on a new bbq! Store was very clean and well organized as well.

Both the cashier and attendant were very helpful and went out of the way to assist me, to include loading the items into the car. The Cashier name was Lauren, I don't remember the name of the attendant that helped me but I'm sure the cashier would remember.

Staff member #1 was quite helpful when we were deciding on a new lawnmower. And staff member #2 was great at check out and got our new mower set up for the assembly staff to assemble it for us.

Truly enjoyed working with Kitchen Designer, Erin Sweetman - she is very knowledgeable in her field and so helpful to work with.
