No one in any Home Improvement Store has given me that kind of service!! Sandbags were out of stock due to storms. I met Allan from Lumber Dept. He went out of his way to check other locations and if there are any deliveries scheduled. Allan suggested for me to call first thing the next day. I called the next day and he said come over. Allan filled 5 sandbags for me, and have it loaded in my car!! How is that for service?? I truly appreciate this kind of help specially for women who needs assistance. Thank you Allan! Thank you Home Depot! May you continue to have great helpful staff! Job well done! ;)

I would like to tell everyone about Tina and Rick at the pro desk in El Cajon. Both are extremely helpful and always have a pleasant attitude and are always there for me when I need any special help. Both of them deserve the support of their managers and also the corporate office should know about both of them as far as their excellent work ethics and dedication to Home Depot. They both deserve a huge raise.

I always find what I am looking for and the staff are willing to take their time and help me. I find that they are always happy and smiling. The store is very clean and I can always find someone to help me when needed.

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful, which is especially helpful because shopping during the holidays can be fraught. Four stars instead of five because the plants can sometimes look a bit bedraggled.

the store is in a wonderful location, the only issue is getting in the parking lot.

i have shopped here since it opened and i have never had a bad experience once. parking can be tricky on busy days. however the staffmembers are great.

If you need to rent tools make sure to ask for Rich. He is knowledgeable of the tools, has a great sense of humor and most of all he provides excellent customer service.

the store and employees are all up to par ,what might be helpful for some is a sign with the store layout you know X you are here type affair for infrequent or new customers,

Dennis from the Lumber department was extremely knowledgeable on precision woodcutting. I came into Home Depot to purchase thin wood for making wood covered books to apply a pyrography-Wood Burning Design to. I had many questions like how many books could I get out of each panel of wood? What dimensions would I need for a piece of paper cut in half both length and width? Dennis listened and even calculated each measurement. He made precision cuts and even helped me think through some book making semantic, like the cover is usually a little bigger then the paper. I will be bringing my finished book in to show Dennis. You have an excellent employ in Dennis. He wouldn’t even take a tip. All that time and effort and asked for nothing. I asked the front desk if I could give him a complement and they directed me to this survey. I hope you realize he is a step above.

I was asked if I needed help when I came through the front door, and asked at check out if I found everything OK and did I need further assistance - both with a smile and an attitude like they actually cared - good job guys!

I was so pleasantly surprised at the changes taking place at my Home Depot location. Service Reps are more readily available and seem to be enjoying their jobs more, you know, smiling! A cashier even stepped away from her station to indicate she was ready for me. I had been to the competition once or twice but that won't be necessary with the changes I'm seeing. Keep up the good work.

I've been going to this Home Depot sense I got back and the associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I don't remember a time when they were out of stock of what I needed, and I know where everything is which is to my advantage. Sometimes it feels like my second home which isn't a bad thing.

The best employee by the name of Phil, also known as "Big Phil" by fellow employees in the Paint Department. He helped me from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Nicest employee that has ever helped me at Home Depot. Many, many thanks.
