Aviana and Chuck in the Paint Department treated us the best we've every been treated at this store! Great customer service and so friendly. Had a great experience and will definitely go back for all our painting needs!

Best Store ever if you want the right treatment and respectful assistance.

Had a really nice experience at this store. The associates Angel & Tyler was enjoying the Saturday evening working with the whole group. They both had good attitudes and did the job with a smile and a good joke. They pointed us in the right direction and if we needed more help they were happy to help.

This Home Depot in Elyria is by far, have the best prices compare to other store like this. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here often because its close to my home. I am having new counter tops put in my kitchen and so far the process has been great. Nice selection and very helpful staff. The sale was great to do my kitchen remodel!

Friendly helpful personnel.

I visit the store more than once a month for a variety of different items. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. In particular, I had a problem with an illegible PIN for a gift card. Customer Service and Accounting went way over and above the call of duty to resolve my difficulty.

Trip to Home Depot today was made easy because employees knew exactly what aisle contained the stove pipe I needed. When I approached the checkout the cashier came out from behind his register to ask if he could help. He was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job.

Friendly and helpful employees. You can find a helper without cruising over the entire store for several minutes. The store is clean and well stocked.

There were so many older gentlemen working in this store with a friendly s,lie and vast knowledge. They were helpful and it was a pleasure today more so than any recent times I've shopped there. Why to go in hiring staff with awesome work ethic and people skills. I will be back again and again.

We had a great experience working with Valerie F. designing our new kitchen. She was prompt with responses to our questions. Valerie works very efficiently. As she is working with the computer making up the design, she calmly listens to our comments and ideas and then incorporates them appropriately. She also had us consider other ideas that we then incorporated into the kitchen design. Thanks Valerie!!

Just completed another fine shopping experience at the Elyria store. The floor associates have always been friendly and very helpful. But that's what I've come to expect from the Elyria store. In and out in a jiffy.

i stopped in to buy some tools needed some help the guy was in the tool dept. an i ask him a coupe questions about some tools he took me an we found the tools i was looking for he told me some things about the warranty, took me maybe 15 minutes in an out of store. very pleased

This store is like a morgue. All employees seem mad at the world when you talk to them. It seems to stem from some recent changes and the store management.
