My wife and I have been shopping at Home Depot for several years. The fact that we keep returning says it all.

store was clean, i found what i was looking for, easily

The sales associate helped me shop for each item on my list. He was able to answer all of my questions as well as help me choose items I needed for the various projects I am doing at my new home. I have never been more impressed with any shopping experience!!

I needed assistance in choosing a product, and help was readily available.

This stores team members really know how to treat their customers. Everyone I have dealt with are always smiling and are eger to help with any questions and are very knowledgeable. I dealt with John Holmwood today gain, and sked him where a product was located, even though it was not in his department, he knew exactly where it was and took us to the location. Every time I shop at this store the customer service is always outstanding. Only home improvement store I will shop at due to the quality of your team members. Thanks, and keep up the great customer service

HAD TO BUY A NEW DISHWASHER. WASN'T LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. WAS ALOT LESS PAINFUL THAN I ANTICIPATED. THANKS

In and out in good time. All questions answered by the 3 associates that I dealt with (in their respective departments). Overall great!

I checked with my local Lowes, Home Depot, and several feed stores and couldn't find mushroom compost; a google search showed this location as having the item in stock. I called and an associate checked their inventory (computer) AND walked over to the product to make sure it was available before I made the trip. While I was at the store 2 other associates helped me. Very helpful and friendly store.

I love going into Home Depot for the things I need. I can always find it, plus other things.

I recently purchased counter tops which was very favorable. They came sooner than expected and were beautifully installed by courteous, pleasant service people. Highly pleased with the experience from the salesman to the finished product.

We seem to be constantly changing the decor of our home and Home Depot is one of the stores we visit when making our selection of material. Home Depot has a very good selection of the material for our needs.

Every associate that we walked past took a quick moment to welcome us or say, "Hello". A few even offered their assistance as we browsed at a couple items. This is one of the reasons why I find myself returning to Home Depot time and time again.

Several associates offered us help during our visit. Our cashier, Tabatha was very funny and seemed genuinely nice to everyone!

Store associates are always friendly and helpful. I almost always love shopping there. Today there was a bald associate with a mustache who was very demeaning about my questions. That is unusual, but still put a damper on my trip today. I will be sure to avoid him in the future, or go to the store in Ashtabula Ohio

The gentleman who helped me went beyond his job. He assisted me both in the store and out in the parking lot on a very cold day. The store itself was what you would expect but the staff is amazing.

I got an area rug that was discontinued online. I even called and they said there was no way they could get it. I decided to stop into my home store and talk to them about where else I might be able to get the rug. They found one left in the back and gave me a discount since it was discontinued. Great rug for a great price and great service! I would come here any day before I went to Lowes. Love Home Depot!!

I went to Home Depot looking for a very hard cement for a project I'm doing after striking out several times with ones that hadn't worked. A sales associate helped me find the perfect cement! I'm using on my project, and he has actually asked me how it worked on a different visit to the store. While cashing out Tabatha was very friendly and personable!!

Not much selection in flooring.Came in to find flooring for kitchen.
