First lumber employee decided to yell at us when asked a question about the price and location of a product. Next group of lumber employees decided to walk past us (still needing help) while yelling and swearing which they continued to do all the way down the lumber aisle. Totally triggering and will NEVER shop here again. Save yourself a headache and shop at Jerry's.

Today I bought an item , when I paid for it , the price was more than what I thought it said . Two hours later my client needed more of that item I went back only to see I was correct . When I went to customer service this young woman with green hair told me it was not her problem take it up with the cashiers . I told her I wanted a refund on the overcharge. She said you can not without a reciept . I pulled out my reciept then the told me that I told her I slammed down my money and left without a reciept . She argued this until I asked for the manager . She needs to work away from people

If you go here you must ask for Diane she was a blessing and were in and out with in 15 minutes

Store meets cleanliness expectations and product in stock

Yesterday, I asked an employee at this Home Depot to cut some lumber for me. Everything about him made me feel like he wanted to get rid of me. His tone of voice, his facial expression, his speech, his insistence that I needed to go to customer service BEFORE coming to him, when I had just told him that I came FROM customer service for lumber cuts on an online order I had already paid for. I then asked him for a series of 47” and 17 1/2” cuts, and every single cut varied from 1/4” off to 3 1/2” off. Every. Single. Piece. Of. Wood. Was. Ruined. Forget “no precision cuts”, this was “we’re gonna cut your wood however we feel like cutting it.” Considering I had already paid for the product he had no room for mistakes, and yet every single one of my boards was just miserably useless. I chopped the wood up and threw it in the dumpster at work the next day. My project was ruined. My hard earned money basically put through a paper shredder. The once quality employees at this store have moved on to better positions and its clear that their replacements are not even remotely sufficient. This was my worst home improvement store experience, EVER.

FRAN at the Green Acres Home Depot in Eugene, Oregon was terrific. Enthusiastic, insightful, clever and fun. She jumped right in to help me solve a vexing problem by McGuyver-ing together a unique solution to an unusual and urgent problem. AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY!

WELL STOCKED FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY REPAIR ITEMS I WAS LOOKING FOR.

I had a bad experience with another Home Improvement store on the handling of my vinyl planking order. I had heard that Home Depot had good service in the flooring, so I came to the store on Green Acres Road, Eugene. I have not been disappointed up to this time. Good service, friendly, not pushy, gave me all the options, and all the pros and cons on the flooring.

Disorganized returns desk and very rude cashier

Diane helped me with the plumbing department. Today, as on previous visits to this store, Diane was excellent with being caring and informative to help me choose the optimal product I need for our situation.

Carlos and Wade are awesome ! They solved my problem with courtesy and friendly vibes - makes me wanna shop here more - please give them each a new car or lavish vacation and absolutely and substantial raise so they never quit. Thanks

I went to this store, and noticed that there are plenty of people to assist you in finding whatever you are looking for.

We just bought all of our household appliances on this trip - Laura was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the ordering process! Great attitude, and customer service! Highly recommend!

Frankly, Jerry's is way more helpful if you call for information or help. Home Depot will let the phone ring forever or will transfer you to a department where the phone will ring forever. However, if you are in the store and you seek out someone who works there for help, they are often cordial and helpful. If they improved their phone customer service significantly, I would be far more inclined to shop there instead of their competitor.

Came in to buy lap Siding. Found home depot didn't carry cement window trim, told by employee to go to competitor. After going to the competitor's, found that their lap Siding was cheaper. Called home depot to see if they would price match, and was told ho.e depot doesn't price match building supplies. Drove back to return the Siding and saved $115 dollars.

I received a quote on two units of lumber with a very good discount, when I went to pick them up one of the units had been sold but they honored the 2 unit discount even for the single one. Thanks

I especially want to say thank to Issac! He helped me from the start. Finding a patio cooler, pavers, loading the pavers, bringing them to checkout, then loading everything into my vehicle. Thanks also to cashiers Riley and Genaro, also extremely helpful, friendly and all great customer service skills!
