This Home Depot is the best building supplies store in the area. I'm never disappointed when shopping there. Employees are friendly and I love the tool rental department, I use it several times a year. That alone sets it apart from Lowes and Menards.

Do not expect them to honor mailings of offered discounts. Apparently employees are not trained how to do this, so they simply do not ring it up!!

I was very satisfied with my recent shopping experience. Home depot has quality products and the customer service is above average! We worked with an employee named Jeff who was very knowledgeable about products and their use.

I was helped with my project after a trip to the garden center at the local Home Depot. The clerk, Shannon, was so helpful and willing to walk me through my project and get the products I needed. I was also greeted by the cashier, William, who engaged in pleasant conversation and made me feel welcomed!!!

The honesty, resourcefulness, and general help from the employees was more than I expected. Recommendations on what to get and what not to get go a long way with trust. The store was spotless aside from the dust particles that are inevitable in any store (NOT build-up, just wood-dust and what-not). The biggest problem is the length of time it takes for someone to come help you when making a big purchase. The last two times I bought some appliances, it took around 30 minutes for help to arrive. The wait wouldn't be a problem if there was an estimate on how long the wait might be, such as a simple paper clock with movable hands that might tell a customer, "Hey! I'll be back at 6:30. Thank you for your patience!" At least then I'd know I could probably look around a little bit before waiting at the desk.

On my last trip to your store I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed any assistance . I had been to your store often and many times before so I knew where the products were that I needed .Was able to get and pay for those items quickly . That is one of the reasons that I like your store.
