I am a retired customer service analyst for the Federal Government and totally believe in it 100%. I believe that all employees should make eye contact and acknowledge every customer that come in contact with while in this store and any other businesses. I frequent this store often and I have to admit that in the past few months, I've witnessed a complete change in the attitude and friendly exchange with myself as well as other customers. Most of the employees there make you feel that they really want to help you. "Kudos to the Fairfield Store".
