Bernd was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and made suggestions that will help in my home improvement project.

I came to the customer service department with a couple of problems that were my own and these two ladies helped me and went above and beyond to provide real life solutions and to keep me calm during the experience they should be commended for their actions. The employees were Kiersten and Alena. Both went above and beyond to help with my situation.

This Home Depot was organized and stocked with a wide variety of supplies.

They have wonderful service and provide the items you're looking for. They have beautiful selection of flower too!

I went in looking to buy a replacement refrigerator for my garage, and was helped by a delightful lady named Eileen. She helped me find what I needed, got me 24month free financing, got me a 100 dollar discount, and the Samsung side by side was just what I needed. The experience took less that 45 minutes...very happy with this purchase.

Will was eager to help me load ice melt in my basket. Jake took extra care to make sure the carpet measurements were correct

I went to Home Depot this evening to get items to change my sliding door handle. While shopping, Dominic stopped to ensure that I was finding items to finish my project. In a world where people like to complain, rarely do people state when things go right. This action rarely happens at this location. Great job.

The Kitchen/Bath Consultant, Ms. Shanell Smith, quickly adapted my style solidifying my decision to purchase Quartz countertops, she assisted me in choosing: sink, faucet, garbage disposal. Ms. Smith also double validated that I was receiving the best deal and appropriate discounts. Additionally, she introduced me to Home Depot's Bath Design services, which I will definitely be using in the future. Ms. Shanell Smith's prompt professionalism positively resulted my life changing purchase!

We were very impressed with he service and knowledge that Connie in Appliances had about every washer and dryer that Home Depot offered. Connie went out of her way to explain ordering, shipping, installation and even demonstrated how each washer and dryer worked. It was nice to have such customer service.

Cashier Carole helped us determine what was needed to fix our dryer.

Found what I was looking for but had called first and was told none were in stock, nor was it available at other stores. Went to this store anyway and they had three on the shelf. HomeDepot.com also showed as many as seven at other stores in the area. This has been my experience before and not sure if it is the individual store or Home Depot.com site inventory management issue. Still, rest of experience was good!!! Sales associate was knowledgeable and checkout went well.

Before covid, Home Depot's kiosk were usable with no-touch; not now.

Every time I go to this store I have a great experience. The employee's are very knowledgeable about the products and they are always willing to help. If they are not sure, they will get you the information that you are needing. This to me is very important.

I visited the store today and I was looking to buy a new washer and dryer and while I was looking I notice 2 employees sitting at the desk and neither asked if they could assist me and I’m sure the reason why was the color of my skin..

I was being followed in the store. I felt very uncomfortable being watched by a staff worker in the Home Depot. I was never asked if I needed any assistance with what I was looking at the staff member continue to walk back and forth I and me with the corner of his eye instead of assisting me. I will not recommend anyone I know to stop at this location until their staff is trained on how to treat everyone fairly and equal.

The store was very clean. COVID-19 measures were being followed. Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I needed help with product on a top shelf and Grill delivered by getting it for me! He's friendly and courteous as was the cashier upon checkout. Thank you all!

Garrison (in the flooring/blinds section) was awesome! He had great customer service and a helpful attitude even though he was fairly new to the position!
