Great customer service and products!

From the moment i walked in to the time I left the staff was courteous, attentive, and knowledgable.

In the past I did not care for Home Depot. I visited this store to search for answers mostly on a flooring project. I had an associate Thomas Bailey assist me. He took me to all the different products I would need and explained the steps needed to complete my task. He knew what he was talking about. This young man was very courteous. Thomas has changed my mind on using Home Depot for this remodeling project.

Had a great experience dropping by to fill up on some tools for work and get a quote on some windows. Everyone was very kind and helpful all the way up to closing. They have a great selection and pricing!

The gentleman that helped us in electrical was very knowledgeable and polite in helping us find what we needed and in the process helped us to find a solution to an irritating problem we didn't know had a fix for. Extremely pleased with our recent visit!!

Some of the employees are very, very helpful. The store is pretty neatly assembled. Definitely plan to shop here again.

I had to buy some door knobs and needed help. Matt and Austin were terrific. Answered all my questions and helped me order what I needed. Great employees! Alicia at the service desk was also helpful. Pleasant shopping experience.

Outstanding customer service! It is genuinely better than any other home improvement store I have patronized. The associates I encountered were more than willing to help, and actually had solid solutions to my problems, and actually saved me money in the process! I am very impressed. I will return!

The employees at this store are very congenial. They never act like needing help is an imposition. They always take you to the area you need for what you are looking for and never point. And they always make sure you are ok before they leave you.

Even with difficulties I have encountered over the years, I can always count on this stores personnel to eventually resolve all issues. For that reason I have the confidence to keep shopping and know that whatever purchased will be great!

If you need anything electrical, talk to Rich. He was knowledgeable and helpful with a lighting problem. He went way above and beyond!

This store as I'm sure all Home Depot stores are amazing! I'd go out of my way (I actually do) to shop here than across the street to the other home improvement store. Very knowledgeable employees that go above and beyond to assist you. Highly recommended!

The customer service in this store was top notch. All the store employee's were friendly and eager to help! They make you feel as though your business with them matters! A rarity in today retail world! Look for Rich when you shop, he is the man! He will do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you want and need! This store is the best I have been to in a LONG time!

The people in this store are more than helpful. I've never had a negative experience. Two stand out. Debra is the kitchen counter/cabinet area is amazing. She is a tremendous resource for design and product selection. Mike in the major appliance department is a pleasure to work with. This store is what customer service is all about.

I do not think any store could be managed better than Fayetteville's Home Depot. The associates seem very enthusiastic about helping, they go out of their way to help you out. Literally out of their way.
