Love coming to this store! Employees make you feel like you are so important to them. I especially like the older employees you hire! It is great to see a blend of young and older generations. Great job by the service desk. I needed a receipt from Dec 2017 to send with a faulty Dewalt 20v battery. The Lady quickly researched the data base and printed out a copy for me in moments. Outstanding customer service!

There are never any associates to assist you. If you want to ask a question or need assistance in any way you have to search for someone to help you. If you do find someone they are rarely friendly or knowledgeable.

I like this particular store. The employees are friendly and helpful. I think the store is family friendly, when you are shopping with little ones. I found everything I needed. The store is clean. I don't like shopping at stores, where employees are not knowledgeable about store products.

Every employee I came across was happy to help very knowledgeable about product but did not smother me. Everyone seems to be thrilled they are working there and it shows. I am comparing to three other box stores looking for kitchen cabinets hands down no question AAA+ service.

Sean was so helpful to us when we were in the Festus store. He made sure to get us the items we needed from flooring ordered and even rang us out up front where we had other items, that we wanted, waiting for us. Thanks for having a great sense of humor Sean. My husband must have asked you for 20 deals if he asked you for one. It was hilarious. You made the experience a good one.

They were nice to tell me we're were to look and someone else showed me were they were what I was looking for and cashier was polite and got to me quick.

Deaf employee at the store makes my gardening and shopping experience a very pleasant one! HE even will give you ideas and give you your full attention if you need a plant shopping partner during your shopping!

Festus is the best for helpfulness and friendliness. Have asked for help on many occasions and received good advice on how to proceed with my project. Staff in the truck rental are super helpful and nice as well. Festus Home Depot has that hometown feel.
