I am 58 years old with a knee replacement, husband is recovering from back injury. went to pick up 20 foot piecdes of rerod for a garage floor, the associates worked to remove tjhe product from the lower level of bunk, place it on a cart, take it to the cashier then load it on a trailer for us, all with smiling faces and pleasant dispositions. This makes me pleased to shop here instead of the blue box.

Every experience I've had at this store was a pleasure. From ordering products in building dept. to shopping in-store, associates always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

No matter if it's one item of a cart load, from plants to plumbing, Home Depot always seems to have what I'm looking for at competitive prices. And their military discount is a valued plus!

The homedepot in Florence Alabama is a great place to go when your wanting something done it's clean the employes are very helpful nice and understanding . The products is everything you want them to be ! I would recommend everyone to go their . You find stuff fast and are out in a hurry !

My experience at the Home Depot store was great because everything was well-lighted and everything was in order. I could find the item that I needed in an instant and in and out in less that 5 minutes.

I was able to find exactly what I needed and, despite the store being pretty busy, didn't have to wait very long to get help. The only negative on the experience was looking on-line before going to the store and being told an item we had just purchased (and purchased again upon visiting the store) was not available at Florence. The experience could have been a perfect 5 if the website was accurate and allowed me to purchase the items ahead of time and have them pulled and ready for pick-up. Overall, the in-store experience was exactly what I've come to expect from Home Depot.

Employees extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased this product over a year aga and had problems with it. They gave me a new one very few questions asked.

The store and associates were very helpful. I usually go to Lowes but the friendliness and availability of product are all around better at Home Depot. I'm definitely swapping stores permanently.

They have a good variety of home products, and garden supplies. The employees are always helpful, and polite.

We came into the store looking for a back door and the associate showed us exactly what we wanted to see and also showed us a discounted door that someone had just brought back. Nothing was wrong with the door and we got a great discounted price on it.

Basically went to find a random assortment of things. I take a weird pleasure in hunting down things myself in home improvement stores cause I get to look at a bunch of other stuff in the process. But I was asked several times if I needed help and even though I didn't take them up on their offer it was nice to have them available if needed.
