There is poor customer service. But it’s nearby and they usually have everything you need. Except you have to dig and find it.

The associate Bryan at the windows and doors section is always helpful efficient with the special orders. Roseanne at the pro-desk always work with courtesy and professionalism. Miguel at the flooring section is very friendly and available to help.

The store is in the center of "renovation district." It is convenient. We like to shop there. The product lines are excellent, and they are easy to look for. The store is clean and the associates are helpful. I would recommend Home Depot Flushing to friends.

Customer service is always great whether I need help finding a product, returning an item, checking out in Pro, or at the tool rental department. They usually always have what I am looking for and the store is organized and well-kept. I shop here frequently and never experienced any issue. The associates are friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I have what I need.

I recommend this store to anyone and I always have. I want to thank all the willing associates at the Flushing store because it's not easy dealing with all different kinds of personalities and race due to the language barrier at times. Keep up the good work.

The associates at the Flushing store is always helpful and willing to assist. Store Manager David for example: I remembered when I brought a pothole at the entrance of the store to his attention, he immediately sent associates outside in the rain to fix the large pothole at the bottom of the ramp. Thank you David for everything.

1) Found what I was looking for, store refused to sell it to me or refused to help cut items to size. Had to get replacements and hand cut on my own. 2) 20+ minute wait times per department, plumbing specialist could not be located. 3) Store was passably clean, but many items were placed on wrong pegs or not labeled. 4) One associate (Marcus?) was very friendly and went above and beyond to do his best to help; others were sullen or generally unpleasant to interact with. Understaffed store shows poor personnel management, especially on a weekend when management should expect more foot traffic. Took over 20 minutes in each department to get help from a specialist, if I was able to get help at all. *No one* knew who or where the plumbing specialist was, and that specialist was the only one trained on the cutting machine for PVC piping. Had to cut pvc pipes on my own in the self-service lumber section with a handsaw. This was after the lumber department said their power saw was broken and they wouldn’t be able to help cut 4x4 posts. In a hardware store, that’s ridiculous. On top of that, I found the perfect blackout roller curtain, and they refused to sell it to me, claiming they were no longer for sale, despite FOUR of them on the sales floor.

The store was very clean, and the representatives were very helpful and friendly. Since I was working on a few projects at the time, I was quickly directed to the appropriate section reps. I want to particularly thank Sophie, who analyzed my situation and generously gave of her time to find the solutions. I visited the custom paint section as well as the kitchen area. I found everything I needed and when I arrived home, I found all that was recommended worked and did the job. Thank you for considering this review.
