Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hands Down the Best Crew of all Home Depot's in the Twin Cities! First off I have been to every Home Depot in the Twin Cities and while most stores are good everyone in this store seems to go above and beyond to make it great. If there is a problem they will work to solve it. You cannot ask for better service then you will get at the Fridley Home Depot July 6, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Store EVER! Very friendly Staff! Very friendly! I would recommend this store to everyone! July 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the effort It is worth the extra time to drive to another location. The employees will offer to help to the point of making you feel like they are stalking you. If you need help they often will point you in the wrong direction unless you are asking about their very particular knowledge base. I've had employees at this location tell me they didn't carry the item I was looking for and suggest I go to a Hardware Store. What exactly is Home depot if not a hardware store? BTW the items i was looking for was found, without assistance, on the other side of the store. May 23, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great employees I just pretty much spent the day here and the customer service people I dealt with, Michael Daw and Michael Garrett were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to go way beyond me purchasing to helping me put my tool box together and loaded onto the truck. Thank you both June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by large appliance purchase The appliance department was staffed appropriately and our sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Going in to buy a refrigerator that you need ASAP isn't the most fun thing to do, and the customer service and attention we received at this store was exceptional. I felt very valued as a customer and the sales person took the time and effort to answer all my questions and I didn't feel pressured or rushed through the purchase. June 13, 2016
