This is still the best Home Depot in the area, people seem to be more helpful overall and there are some people that are mainstays in the various departments that really know the store and where things are located.

The paint department in this store is excellent. Very helpful customer service!

DAN and TOMAS were Very Helpful, Kind, and Patient with my questions about Shop Vac bags and ways to clean up Drywall Dust. ALLYSON at Customer Service made me smile, was quick, competent, and made me feel like I matter. And the Manager LUKE goes out of his way to make sure I always have everything I need, treats me with respect, and is genuinely caring and wants me to be successful with all my projects. He is one of the BEST Retail Managers I've Ever Met!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This store has great leadership. Many employees work with the enthusiasm of an owner and are problem solvers leading you to purchasing the right product for the job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The employees are always so helpful. For example Cindy and Scott helped me fit a foam insulation board that was too big to fit into my Subaru fit by cutting it to size. When I ask for help I always get assistance. There is always someone to help find what I am looking for or direct me to its location. They will help with choosing the correct product for my projects and the store is organized and clean.

Every time I go to this particular home depot I come out more educated and confident about any project I'm about to engage in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff...Always helpful!!

Very hot in the store when shopping. Store employee did not know where the product was that I was looking for. I went looking for it myself.

Continually pleased with the level of customer service we receive in every department!

Used them for flooring, hard wood and carpet. Paid over $18k for services, waiting 4 weeks to get a contractor in the home. Then it took 7 days instead of the suggested 3. The estimator onkybcounted half our baseboards and trim, so I have a half baked job house now for a total of 10 weeks. I have to move all my furniture now twice, ALL MY FURNITURE, twice...total joke. Transition pieces for hard wood flooring were never ordered. I have a room that is not even finished because the estimator could count. Real weak performance HD. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and allow these rookies and novices touch your home, I promise you will regret it.

The salesman who helped us pick out two exterior doors was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection to pick from (brands and catalogs) and a pretty good display of example doors so we could see what we were ordering. Only negative was the store temperature. It was 98 outside, their front doors were wide open and we couldn't feel any airflow inside. We left without getting additional supplies that we'd planned on. We'll still be back. The prices are too good to shop elsewhere.

THIS is a well organized and stocked store with knowledgeable employees, who enjoy their work and are enthusiastic and friendly.

General a very busy store, everyone is very helpful. Enjoyed Jordan in the paint dept. he was a joy for us to chat with. People thanked my husband several times for his service in the military, it made him tear, you don't see that very often.

Paint department staff is exceptional. Staff throughout store helpful and knowledgeable. Beyond what I expect from a big chain.

The personnel in the paint department were very knowledgable, helpful and took the time to answer all our questions from paint type, to rollers and brushes (we seem to have had a lot), advise us of the paint promotions and ensure all out needs were met.

Found tis location to be very helpful in what I was looking for where some stores you spend half your time looking for help. Joe D23 and Marcus D90 were super friendly and helpful. More stores need employees like these two. If your looking to get home supplies this is the store to visit.

I was greeted by a lady who asked me what I was looking for! I told her, and she directed me to the exact isle. I was surprised and happy that she had asked me this question! Very nice! VERY NICE!

KEVIN in Paint was Extremely Helpful, Kind, Fast, and did a Great Job Color Matching my Paint. He was a Pleasure to work with!! LUKE one of the Managers made sure I was Completely taken care of, found everything I needed, and Genuinely Cared about my projects. HATTIE did a Great job explaining what my options were with Countertops. She was Friendly, Listened Well, and made me feel like a Valued Customer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Store clean and employees were very helpful

This store is a good store wit some really nice choices and friendly employees. We will keep going there as long as they continue to offer the Military discount.

When I asked for help with 8 bags of bark Casey immediately loaded them into my car while I paid. That way I didn’t need to push them into the store and through the cashier. He came back into the store to validate my purchase and tell me I was all set to go. Carolyn, at the register, was kind, energetic and went out of her way to step out from behind her register to say hi to the customers in line. She didn’t waste time as her current customers had already paid and were taking their time to gather their purchases. Carolyn complimented Casey on his helpfulness and then even complimented me on my blue eyes! Great experience in Home Depot yesterday!

Unparalleled customer service! Not only do staff check-in on you, they always point you in the right direction and are so knowledgeable about the products and projects.

I would recommend this store very pleasant visit, all of the store staff was very friendly and wanting to help, not annoyed because you ask them a question. And everyone seemed very well trained in there job position.

I took my four year old to Home Depot today to pick out the pulley and rope he wanted for his birthday. Tomas offered to help and chatted with my kiddo about the pulley he wanted and helped us find the right rope to go with it. He let my son help him measure before cutting and was so personable and sweet. My kiddo couldn't stop talking about how great the experience was and I have to agree. The next time we have a kid-related home project, we'll be looking for Tomas!

Always helpful and friendly in every way. Makes shopping so enjoyable and something to look forward to. Store is clean and easy to get in and out or stroll around and enjoy. Always my go to store.
