one of the best stores I have been in. plenty of staff to help. are always asking if you need any help. also in each department the associates have great expertise and have helpful suggestions and how to do projects the right way. no question is too big a challenge. store is well stocked. nice to have aisles not blocked with merchandise. display are well marked with prices. returns handled with professional and friendly attitude.

Assistance was prompt and helpful and friendly.

Awesome employees! Kim the cashier at register 1 is the best love her and the pro loader Elieser is great always happy to help!

Fort Collins south Home Depot is a great store. The management and staff alike go out of their way to make things great.

We had a bad experience with two sales people, but then had a great experience with the third! I was about to give up after the first 2 employees, but I am glad we stayed. We got a great deal on a dryer!

The store is always well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I drive the extra distance just to come to this location. The pro desk is always professional and they have helped me find the right products for a specific job. The customer service desk has always been helpful. I’ve never had to chase down or go looking for an associate to get the help I needed.

I had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot. I am new to lawn care and Dan Gepner provided the best customer service! He is extremely knowledgeable about the garden section and lawn care. He was able to patiently answer all of my questions and advise me about the best products for my needs and budget. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly & educate me about my lawn. He even read all of the labels on each product to make sure that they were right for me & that I had all of the important info for their proper use. He even gave me a discount! I'll be back just because he was so awesome!

Wonderful employee named Thomas helped me locate a template for drilling my cabinet pulls, it' appeared that the template was out of stock. However, Thomas took the time to scan the empty space, find a ladder, climb up and find the box that contained the template I needed! I really appreciate old fashion customer service !

During the winter, the SE corner of the parking lot tends to accumulate trash, especially as they plow snow into the SE corner. As it melts the trash tends to blow on the residential neighbors next to the parking lot and catches in the shrubs and plantings. This has happened year after year with little attention to the problem.

Any time I've attempted to get help from associates in this location, I feel like I'm putting them out. I've received not she'll from a random fellow customer than any of the associates the past two times I've come to give them my money.

Usually can find what I need at our local HD. Customer Service Reps are kept busy and not always readily available, but they are always friendly.

Your employees are doing a fabulous job!....There seems to be a huge amount of turn over....and they are the reason for your success....never forget that!.....You need to be paying them good wages....& good benefits.....starting immediately....:-).....

I love to shop your Fort Collins Store on Harmony Road & your Loveland Store! I had 4 rentals & you helped me tremendously in preparing them to look nice to get ready to sell them! Thank you! :-).....I now also own 2 homes and do lots of fixing them up to keep them looking nice and you folks do a very nice job in helping me in plumbing....landscaping.....departments.....etc.....etc..... :-).....

Be sure to ask Tomas if you are in hardware and not able to find what you are looking for. He is very knowledgeable and if a part you want isn't available ,he will brainstorm and come up with alternative ideas for you to consider.

The store was clean and every employee was very friendly and offered to help. As soon as we started to look at the washers, an employee was quick to ask if we needed assistance. He was very knowledgeable of the different washers and we ended up buying a matching dryer.

I will not go to another hardware store unless forced to because they don't carry what I need. The staff are the most engaging of all the stores I go to. (I am a remodeler/handyman.). I do work in other areas and will plan my trips so that I make my purchases here. There is nothing more frustrating than to go into a store and the staff run the other way. Almost without fail I am approached and asked if I need help finding anything. Keep up the good work!

I love Home Depot! Customer service is always great, I have no trouble finding anything or having someone help me find/retrieve something. They also love my dogs :)

We've all been in a home improvement store with a question about this or that and there's nary an employee to help. Not at this store!! Plenty of help, and the right help, to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Well done!!

We were treated so well by both Andrea and Eric in the flooring department on our carpet order . We have always made a lot of purchase at this store as we have built anew home in recent years. We have never been disappointed with the product quality or quantity of product we needed. We have always experienced good customer service.

Two of the staff, Tomas and Brady, stopped what they were doing (and they were busy!) and got me a huge boxed item that required a lot of time and effort on their part. They did this all with a smile and all I can do to thank them is publicly say they are both awesome and I'm glad Home Depot had the great good sense to hire them.

This store far surpasses other Home Depots in service, products, assistance, cleanliness and general overall service in our experience. Through endless renovations of our first home, the associates were always attentive, polite, respectful and never made us feel out of our depth in our ambitions! Their knowledge and apparent skill in the subject was relayed in plain speak, easy to follow instructions and they recommended the BEST products for our project, not necessarily the most expensive. Over the seven years of renos, this was consistent behavior - EACH visit, EVERY associate, EVERY area. We have utilized services in the areas of lumber, paint, appliances, lighting, electric, plumbing, gardening, windows, garage doors and odds/ends - no one area stands out more than the next - they are ALL incredible, awesome customer service oriented individuals! This includes the installation teams we've had for windows and garage doors (in two different homes). When we use our Military Discount, the cashier THANKS us for our service - EVERY TIME, often times asking what branch we served in and more times than not, thanking us again while handing us our bag of goods. After many years of renovations, we moved across town, actually closer to another Home Depot, but we go out of our way to use this store for their associates, well laid out stores and all-around experiences.

Came in to buy 4 kitchen appliances. Emily was outstanding! She was friendly, personable, and went above and beyond to price match the items I was purchasing. Everything I purchased was in stock and set to be delivered in the same week.
