I was extremely pleased and surprised with the personal attention both from the young man who stopped what he was doing to GO get the product I bought. It was almost as though he was waiting at the entrance to personally serve-nice fellow-did not get his name--AND then Tish was super cool, so pleasant and considerate--usually at my age, I get bypassed or get cut short-It was a surprising AND refreshing visit to the Depot. I had previously gone to another store and totally opposite- hmm, let me call someone, wait, hmm, not sure if we have it let's look, hmm, not here, maybe on another aisle, hmm guess we don't have it --1/2 hr. totally wasted!
You have trained your employees well--imo--

I had been working with Kris in the flooring department to get a sample of the floor I wanted to install in my house. A sample was available for sale through Home Depot. The staff was great in getting me what I needed, and set up an appointment for the measurement. The measurement was done and the quote available the next day. That same day I went to the store to do the special order. Lon in flooring and Holly ( think that was her name, and she was the manager on duty) came and made sure everything was correct on the order. I was very comfortable that we did everything we needed to do to make the order accurate.

First, I had to find an associate to ask where the product was that I was looking for. That's why you need a map right as you come in the store. After I found what I was looking for, I had to find an associate to help me get my item. He was very helpful and cut the item (lattice fence) for me. He went to help another customer even though he knew I needed nails. He said he'd be right with me as soon as he was done with the other customer. He should've finished helping me first. I went to the aisle with the nails but didn't know which ones to get so I had to find another associate to help me. He found the nails I needed. I had no problems at the self-checkout and the associate got someone to help put my item in my van. Overall, it was a productive visit.

Electrical Department personnel are very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. Sales associate made helpful recommendations and handled multiple customers with patience. Check out was a breeze as I choose to have the cashier ring up, even though self-checkout was available. Nothing beats that personal touch, a friendly greeting, and helping hand.
The store is very clean and was very well stocked for a Saturday.
Kudos to all!

I am thankful to have this store located conveniently in Gainesville. The store is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The employees are extremely helpful and are easy to find when you need assistance. The store is very clean and the aisles are marked so it's easy to find what you are looking for. I would definitely recommend this store for all your home needs.

I was trying to engineer something that did not exist for a vehicle that is impossible to find parts for. I spoke with an associate named Josh. Very Very helpful guy. He was able to understand what I needed to do and we went through every step I needed to make sure I got all the nuts and bolts that I needed. It is a 35 mile drive to the store for me so one trip was important. He was very attentive and patient and had a level of ingenuity that helped him see what I needed. Kudos to him. I received a level of customer service well above what i expected in this day and age of waning service standards. I will definitely be back to this store for any hardware needs.

I came to this store with limited time to replace a dog collar used with an electric fence setup. The collar was not on the shelf and Patrick quickly determined there were two in stock and more that had been delivered two days prior. With the help of the QR scanner, the mobile app and his expertise, we found that I actually needed a different item that they classify as "no home" meaning that they carry it, but there is no shelf space dedicated to it. Once he figured out the SKU number, we were able to locate a whole box of them just a couple feet away from the display. I was able to purchase the correct item and get home in time.
